All power plugs in room not working, floor boards broken.

I’ve been a frequent stayer of this propane particular room - since my last visit the quality of the room has deteriorated and it is not clean anymore
Nothing ! Only parking was ok
The rooms are terrible, extremely old and nothing close to the photos, when I checked in they had put 2 bath towels and that’s it. No hand towels , no shampoo, no soap
There is no reception or staff that you can ask them to give you !
So it was the most terrible stay I have ever had.
As soon as you enter the building it smells so terrible also.
Never ever again.

The location is walking distance from public transport options. It’s a nice and quiet place to stay. Bed was comfy and the private bathroom was great.
There wasn’t any cutlery in the kitchen and very limited plates, pots and pans so you can’t really use the kitchen. We also asked to keep our luggage in the lobby for two hours as we waited to leave for the airport but were told no which wasn’t very accommodating.

Place de parking dans la rue. Gratuite du samedi midi au dimanche. Payante pour certaine place et d’autre sont gratuit avec limite de temps.
Cuisine, salon, salle à manger commun bien entretenue. Le ménage est fait tout les jours.
Linge de lit et linge de bain propre. Petit échantillon de shampoing et savon fourni (pratique fin de road trip quand on a plus rien), les peinture des murs et des portes pourrait être refaite (mais ce n’est qu’un détail)
Flyers présent dans l’entrée pratique pour savoir ce qu’il y a faire autour.
Attention ceci n’est pas un hôtel, ça ressemble plus à du airbnb.
Il y a un total de 6 chambres. 3 avec salle de bain perso attenante à la chambre, 1 avec salle de bain perso dans le couloir et 2 avec salle de bain partagée.
La cuisine, la salle à mangé et le salon sont en commun.
Le gros points négatif de notre séjour a été d’être réveillé en pleine nuit par des bruits dans le plafond … oui des bruits d’animaux nous supposons des souris/rats au vus des grattements et des bruits. Il va falloir remédier à ça !!!!!!
Autre point négatif mais le propriétaire n’y est pour rien c’est le bruit fait par les autres occupants ( douche à 4h du matin, télé au volume très fort pendant la nuit, ne pas chuchoter…) de plus les occupants de la chambre 4 se sont permis d’utiliser notre salle de bain privative qui est situé dans le couloir bien que ce soit écris sur la porte qu’elle est réservé à la chambre 6, nous avons dû leur expliquer que la leur ce trouvait ailleurs. Il faudrait sûrement écrire en plus gros les informations sur les portes. Ils n’étaient d’ailleurs pas du tout discret leur conversation nocturne n’ont plus de secret pour moi.
