Het was een fijn verblijf
Pros:

Fijne kamer, goed bed.
Alles wat je verwacht van een goed hotel was aanwezig.

Cons:

Er was veel onduidelijk over het schoonmaken van de kamer.
De eerste dag was de kamer niet gedaan. De tweede dag hadden wij s’morgens het label opgehangen om schoon te maken. Niet gebeurd.
De derde dag was zondag en dan gebeurt het niet ( begreep ik)
Dat vond ik wel jammer.

Pros:

The room is big, nice location, easy to reach the bus and the metro station, very quiet in the night.

Cons:

We had a bad situation with the access. In the last night our keycards didn’t work for the main outside door. In the first we tried to contact them, but no answer, finally we enter on the other door.

Because there is no reception after 10 pm, we called at 2 phone numbers from google maps and booking, but the phones are closed as well through the night. I think that is mandatory to have a working communication channel non stop. I informed them on message on booking about the situation that we encounter, but no answer received.

At night it was pretty hot, the ventilation system is not suitable for this hot weather.

Pros:

Nagyon kellemes tartózkodásunk volt a hotelben. Kiváló az elhelyezkedése, minden könnyen elérhető. A szobák tiszták és rendezettek voltak, a reggeli pedig finom. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Külön plusz, hogy parkolási lehetőség is biztosított volt. Szívesen ajánljuk!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alles gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Parkmöglichkeit. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter!

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Problemloser Selfcheckin. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Restaurants in der Nähe. Küchenzeile mit Geschirr.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Es gibt aber eine Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer.

Sehr zentrales gutes Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wenige Minuten von der S-Bahn entfernt, Das Konzept ist stimmig und das Einchecken und Auschecken problemlos über Automat. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und sehr liebevoll gemacht. Großes Lob an die Frühstückscrew. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Beschriftungen dern Schalter und technischen Ausstattung sind sehr hilfreich und vorbildlich gelöst. Ladepunkt für E-Autos in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Ruhiges Schlafen ist zur Straße hin nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern möglich, allerdings ist auch aufgrund der Nähe zum Gleisdreieck Lärm durch Züge logisch.

Para pasar unos días suficiente.
Pros:

Bien comunicado para desplazarse y visitar el resto de Berlín. Zona muy tranquila para descansar

Cons:

El personal no habla nada de castellano. Como en muchos sitios no tiene aíre acondicionado y te dejan un ventilador como solucion, fuimos en ola de calor y se habría agradecido.
Las almohadas poco rellenas.

Pros:

Lockable storage for bicycles.

Cons:

The cooling system didn't work, no a/c.
The room wasn't as clean as we would have expected. There was a sticky patch on the gloor in the kitchen. The floors need a better clean. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard as concrete.
