Pros:

Super große, saubere Zimmer, tolle Küchenausstattung. U-Bahn war nicht weit.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht 1 Mitarbeiter gesehen, für unsere älteren Mitreisenden wäre der Check-In am Automaten draußen nicht machbar gewesen ohne uns Jüngere.
Wir haben nicht gesehen wo überhaupt eine Rezeption ist, sonst hätten wir gern Frühstück spontan dazu gebucht.
Die Zimmer an sich sind aber top!

Angenehmes, gut funktionierendes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel Flottwell hat, was sehr viele (auch teure Hotels) häufig nicht haben: Im Bad: Genügend Ablagefläche am Waschtisch im Bad, Handtuchhalter für das kleine Handtuch, Fön mit Steckdose, gut funktionierende (!!) Dusche. ZImmer: Schrank mit genügend Ablagebrettern für Wäsche etc. (wer hängt schon seine Socken an die vielen Kleiderbügel), genügend Platz, zwei Sessel die auch als Stuhl für einen kleinen Imbiss taugen, sinnvolle Beleuchtung, genügend Steckdosen. Die Lüftung (keine Klimanlage) war auch bei 30° C Außentemperatur ausreichend, wenn man sie auf der tiefsten Stellung laufen ließ. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern (notwendig für die Lüftung!) war die nahe S-Bahn auch nachts nicht störend (und wir sind da empfindlich). Ein dickes Lob für die durchdachte Gestaltung, da können die meisten anderen Hotels in die Lehre gehen.

Cons:

Ich bin mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Es gibt allerdings keine Möglichkeit, sich abends noch ein Getränk zu besorgen. Das lässt sich aber über den nahen Späti lösen. Beim Check-in-Automaten wäre ein Hinweis hilfreich, dass man Doppelklicken muss - da sind manche dran verzweifelt.

Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania centrum Berlina
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, można przejść pieszo do centrum Berlina, aneks kuchenny dobrze wyposażony

Cons:

Obiekt stary, pleśń w łazience, niezbyt dobrze posprzątany, pokój mały i ciasny jak na 3 osoby, tylko 2 fotele, bardzo słychać jeżdżący pociąg, więc trzeba spać przy zamkniętym oknie, klimatyzacja niestety nie działała

Onze vaste verblijfplaats in Berlijn want de ligging is prima.
Pros:

Dit is ons vaste adres wanneer we Berlijn bezoeken (dit was de 3rde keer). We parkeren in de garage bij het hotel, er is ook secure parking voor onze fietsen. De man aan de receptie herkent ons, we worden elke keer positief ontvangen. De keuken heeft alles om eigen maaltijden te bereiden. De douche is zeer goed en de kamer ruim. De ligging is perfect, de metro vlakbij, en het is maar 30 minuten wandelen naar het centrum van de stad.

Cons:

Het is misschien tijd om de hoofdkussens op het bed in kamer 203 te vervangen, maar voor de rest niets te vermelden.
