Great location, staff always helpful. Second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back.

It’s location and comfort

Rooms were clean and quite spacious.
The pool is exceptional and huge
The close proximity to an MRT station is excellent
The staff were friendly.

交通方便，楼下就有地铁；周边环境还算不错，不嘈杂；附近有间商场，吃饭也很方便。房间的设施比较新，干净卫生；床睡的很舒服，沙发床也很适合三人出行。

I gave a 5 star rating when I stayed here the same month, last year.

The hotel is still (nearly) perfect. The room is as new, as comfortable, as great, as clean. The one issue I raised before remains.

The bathroom has a fixed single glass pane with no door and the handheld shower still requires some careful twisting to avoid wetting the entire area outside the bathroom. I wish they would address this and achieve perfection.

Hardeep at Whampoa room is very good and make our buffet experience an enjoyable treat.

Dinner at restaurant Escape. I'd lamp shank; very very tender, with a glass of shirax. My wife had crac mac n cheese and my son had new tandoori chicken with naan bread.ALL excellent! Served by Mr. Hardeep with a big smile whom elaborate on the food we ate and serve by Ms. Adele as well.

The overall ambience and hospitality was remarkable and we loved and enjoyed our stay. The swimming pool particularly was excellent.
The room cleanliness was good and the rooms are nicely maintained.
We would specially want to mention and appreciate about the hotel staff Mr Vasan and Ms Shyamala, who were very supportive and hospitable
I would suggest to have more vegetarian options keeping in mind the number of visitors who only eat vegetarian meals

One farrer hotel was an experience on its own,home away from home. One word to describe the entire stay. IMPECCABLE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
The service was exceptional, and what stood out most was the clear intentionality in how the staff handled every detail .Mr Bassam made our stay flawless, very warm, customer service💯 Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the experience comfortable and seamless. Truly excellent hospitality — highly recommended.

At the moment we are still at the hotel forced to stay inside due to torrential rain, luckily we have visited most of the tourist sights on a previous visit.

We arrived early way too early luckily Baram at reception took pity on us not only allowing us to checkin but also gave a fantastic upgrade. So we went to the club for some refreshments and on to our room to crash out. We have an absolutely beautiful room with a great view of Singapore on the 18th floor near to the fabulous Club lounge.

The Club lounge, I don’t know all their names but this morning we had Hairie and Maytee helping us special thanks to them and all the staff there not forgetting the ones at the egg station.

This is our second visit to this hotel and once again it is/has been perfect, the pool is incredible in fact this was one of the deciding factors for our first booking. The rest of the hotel is well kept and our room is also kept well by housekeeping

Escape at One Farrer is our go‑to rooftop spot—quiet ambience overlooking the pool, consistently great food, and warm service. Special thanks to Duty Manager Bassam for his outstanding hospitality today. Highlights: Crab Bisque, Satay Chicken Brioche Roll, house bread, our favorite Miso Salmon, and espresso served in their exotic Luzerne cups. Always value for money and a pleasure to return!
