My second experience at one farrer hotel was fantastic and I absolutely loved it- we will be back for sure. We had an amazing service from Sham, who looked after us on level 18 lounge. She made sure that we were comfortable and well looked after. Hotel facilities were amazing- it was a lovely weekend get away. I’d highly recommend.

Staying at One Farrer Hotel was the best decision I made in Singapore. The hotel’s cleanliness, location, and the professionalism of the staff were all absolutely perfect.
In particular, Sella and Naren at the front desk were exceptional. They greeted me with warm smiles, handled everything flawlessly, and made my stay smooth and comfortable. Their kindness and attention truly stood out and made a huge difference.

We have stayed at One Farrer on several occasions and have enjoyed all it has to offer. Rooms are comfortable, and the pool is excellent. Location to the MRT and even shopping options is perfect.

Dinner was held at the Whampoa Room, and it was absolutely outstanding. After a long day, our guests were delighted not only by the delicious and thoughtfully curated food selection at Nest Restaurant, but also by the beautiful ambiance of the room. The elegant table setup and fresh flowers truly brightened the space and lifted the spirits of our tired guests.

Huge thanks to Manager Syamala, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us and that our guests had an exceptional dining experience.

Suresh, Vishnu and Param were so kind to me and had my room upgraded. I arrived at 6:45am and my room was ready by 8:20. Pool and jacuzzi great. Didn't eat in hotel but restaurants looked great.

Thank you Naren and team at the hotel reception for helping us to check in early. We arrived in the morning after a long flight where the room was not ready yet. But we were offered a free upgrade to a better room which was available after a short wait. We were very happy with the help from the team and was able to have a good rest after checking in to the room available. We will be happy to stay at One Farrer Hotel again in future.

My friends and I had dinner here and we had a good time. The food is delicious, the service is top notch, they topped up our water, sauces given on the spot. Hardeep was overlooking our table and he was pleasant.

Loved the food and service from Hardeep at the Escape restaurant. No regrets on the visit!
