Booked this hotel for 3 nights on the basis of trip advisor reviews, and had a horrible experience.
Extremely poor customer service, first room we checked in, the hot water was not working, the heating system was broken, complained to reception, staff don’t speak English, either Portuguese or Spanish, after spending time with them & google translater, they moved us to another room, the fan of air conditioning started making loud noises in the night and had to switch it off, cold room in the middle of night so started looking for blankets,hotel kept 2 small very thin quilts hence has a very uncomfortable night. Lots of reviews have sung praises about the breakfast but we found that it’s so average, food is mostly fried and sweets, fruits are of good quality though. Wife is vegetarian and really struggled as only had breads and salads. Everything had meats in some form or shape. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, fields and what looks like a jungle area around, no shops, city centre is a good 20 minutes drive away. Hotel only has buffet service for dinner, no à la carte dishes, during our stay there was a conference going on and staff priority was to look after them. It’s more of a business conference centre than a 4 star hotel!? Never again to this place if we return to visit Iguazu and falls again.

Sangue seco nas paredes do banheiro, fios da elétrica expostos, banheiro alagava, falta de manutenção.

Gostei da localização que fica próximo a uma mata com o privilégio de uma trilha ecológica dentro do próprio hotel Interludium. Além do atendimento excelente com funcionários receptivos, acolhedores e simpáticos. O hotel dispõe de uma infraestrutura completa de lazer e acomodações confortáveis.
