Por conta do hotel ficar longe do centro, obriga um pouco o hóspede a jantar no hotel. O restaurante poderia trazer mais opções e refeições melhores.
A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa, com atendimento impecável. Cabe lembrar que a limpeza do hotel é excelente.

Cama Ruin, deveriam trocar colchões, nem consegui dormir direito devido o colchão muito péssimo.

Atendimento do restaurante interno muito demorado no jantar em dia de semana, mesmo o hotel não estando lotado.

Es gibt eine Karte aber man kann kein Essen bestellen, wurden genötigt das Buffet abends zu nutzen. Das völlig überteuert war und bei dem Kinder den vollen Preis bezahlten obwohl sie dort nichts mochten.

Me colocaram em um quarto com cheiro de mofo, quando acordei a noite para ir ao banheiro pisei em uma barata. Ao acordar havia outra barata morta na saída do quarto. Solicitei troca de quarto e fizeram pouco caso. Me mudaram para o quarto ao lado que ao menos não estava mofado.
