La atención de la recepcionista pésima por estar jugando y platicando con su compañera me cobro de más una noche y no me reembolsaron me comentan que tengo que esperar un mes para que me bonifiquen

Locación, habitación, servicio en restaurante bien.

Cons:

Llegue de aeropuerto a la 1am con maletas y con una señora mayor a la cual se le dificulta subir escaleras (el hotel no cuenta con elevador y yo no lo sabia). Le pregunte a la recepción si podía tener un cuarto en la planta baja por mi mamá, a lo que respondió tajante que no. El hotel no se veía lleno, en el estacionamiento si a caso había 10 carros. Todo lo demás es bueno.
