Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento na recepção foi ótimo.

Cons:

O café da manhã não tinha opção de café passado, só de máquina, poucas opções, e mesmo você chegando faltando meia hora para finalizar o horário do café, já tinha coisas que não foram repostas. Também solicitei um travesseiro extra, pois eu preciso dormir com dois, e falaram que o hotel não tinha travesseiros extras.

Pros:

Quarto ótimo, piscina aquecida, localização, os dois funcionários da recepção do período diurno, simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Café da manhã deixou a desejar, poucas variedades e todos os dias a mesma coisa.
A área kids interna é bem precária, faltando muitos brinquedos e a maioria quebrado.
Uma situação bem incômoda foi com relação a piscina, no nosso último dia, a piscina aquecida estava morna pra gelada, reportei para os funcionários noturnos e eles não fizeram nada para resolver o problema. Eu e meu esposo verificamos o termostato da piscina, estava em 27⁰, sendo que precisava estar acima de 30⁰ para aquecer, claramente alguém diminuiu e era apenas o técnico ou algum funcionário aumentar novamente, mas ninguém fez nada, ficamos bem insatisfeitos pois não pudemos usufruir no nosso último dia.
