This hotel is located on the city center, on a walking distance to minimarkets, restaurants, traditional markets, and mosques. The room is clean, wifi is fast, it has running hot water, and everything is decent. However considering the basic services, it feels too pricey in a small town like this.

Located in down town of muaro bungo city Jambi, the only one of 3 star hotel in town. No more 4 star even 5 star hotel in this town. Its about 25 minutes from muarobungo airport . Suitable for stay before continue to merangin geopark. Breakfast menu not so bad. The minus is every room is smooking room. You will find astray every single room so that the smell is sorely. Staff hotel will spray with room sprayer if you require it.

The staffs was friendly and helpful. Location was central. Will stay there again

pros: really can't think anything good other than the breakfast

cons: got room 339 but when I got there, the floor was already flooded from the leaking walls and you can clearly hear motorcycles and cars roaring through the door. moved to 333 but the next day, my room is also flooded by broken/leaking tap from room 335 through the door. now, my shoes and socks are well drenched.

when I moved to 333 there's no towel in the bathroom and the air cond was really noisy.

slow internet connection (maybe there isn't better provider here in Muara Bungo), poor choice of laundry vendor (very unproper billing), very prone to noise hotel design, foul smell under my room's sink, insects, etc.

I've been to several amaris and santika hotels in various cities but this one is outrageous. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL!!!

Looking forward to hear from the management. Though I still believe I might be the one of few people having this kind of experience in this hotel. But as tripadvisor suggests: Your first-hand experiences really help other travelers.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night at the weekend. The hotel is clean. The staff are good and friendly, but I think its only few staff hotel available. The room have phone but there is no instruction how to dial the frontoffice etc (i've tried the usual dial number but it failed to connect else where). The tv has cable tv program but its to small for the room, but my parents which have room next to my room have a bigger tv (we are on the same smart room family). The breakfast are good have standard buffet, egg station, bread station, hot and cold beverages. Internet is good but not fast enough. The swimming pool is good. Overall its a good hotel and i think the best hotel in muara bungo but if muara bungo have better hotel i would rather to stay in another hotel.

This hotel is a nice place to stay in Bungo, they have friendly staff, mini swimming pool beside the resto, good breakfast and high speed wi-fi
You can meet Mr. Agus as hotel manager, nice to have conversation with him.

Thanks God there is this hotel that still clean and proper to stay. If not all others are not fit for visitor, since the location and cleanliness is the most eligible in town. You can easily find it on the way to Bupati office.

position of the hotel in the city center, air conditioning cool room, clean ...recomended for stopping by to Muaro bungo...like this hotel 👍🏼on the other side of the hotel there ampera minang restaurant with a menu of grilled fish, grilled chicken, dendeng lado mudo cheap and tasty lunch for her price is very cheap only Rp 10,000 just for one portion of rice and grilled fish ... emejing ...the best hotel in muaro bungo....

Muara Bungo is a busy little town within the Jambi province. It's about 7-hour drive from the Jambi city. Muara Bungo is also a transit city for people traveling between Java and Sumatera.

The hotel is still brand new and offered good bed and breakfast facilities. Not so much for holiday and leisure, but okay for business. A hearthy buffet breakfast is provided at the nice poolside dining room. The bed is also good although not much amenities are provided in this budget hotel.

I was visit Muara Bungo in mid august , don't expect much of the hotel in the town. But after an hour walk around this city, I think this is the best hotel we can get . When i visit there, they're just want to celebrate 1 year of the hotel birthday.

Room :
The room is clean, bathroom also clean with 24/7 hot water . Decent internet , at least I can check some emails and browse from my phone .

Breakfast :
For 2 days my visit in Amaris, I had 2 different menu everyday. Breakfast is good with indoor pool view beside the breakfast table.

We stayed here during our trip from Bukit tinggi - Jambi. The hotel a new, clean. The location easy to find and in the center of town,
Breakfast average however the restaurant near to the pool so kids love it.. :)
