Pros:

very clean and spacious
a 10 minutes walk from the center

Cons:

The lady from the reception has a terrible service. She didn’t help at all and was very impatient- I asked about a tour and there was no help, during the check-out i needed help with booking a taxi and again.. no help she casually ignored my requests

This hotel is very covenient for Muslim as halal Restaurant Hajah Hawa is just in front of the hotel.

The room is very clean and tranquil.

Cons:

Not so close for walking distance to the shops in Sa Pa town for elderly. But u can take grab.
