Pros:

La chambre( suite exécutive) était spacieuse et confortable avec une grande salle de bain propre avec des produits de qualité fournis.
L’emplacement calme et accès rapide au centre de Sa Pa

Cons:

La chambre etait situé juste derrière la réception, donc très bruyant et beaucoup de passage.
Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais et pas arrangeant.
Le restaurant est au sous au sol, pas très joli

Exceptional experience with great locality
Pros:

The hotel had taken care of every small thing you need for daily chores (iron, sewing needles, nail cutter, bath gown etc).
The room size and bed size was very good for deluxe room. We were a family of 3 however 4 people can easily be accommodated in the twin bed.
The staff were exceptionally polite and supportive.
Indian veg food was also available.
Location is just 5-8 mins walking distance from the SAPA centre and mono rail station.

Cons:

The veg food was kept along with the non-veg food and spill over of non veg food can be seen in the veg food. Precaution should have been taken to separate out the veg and non veg food in the buffet breakfast.

Расположение было очень хорошим. Удобно добираться в центр, до ресторанов и до достопримечательностей. Номера большие, кровати мягкие и удобные. Также предоставлены были халаты

Great room, bad service
Pros:

very clean and spacious
a 10 minutes walk from the center

Cons:

The lady from the reception has a terrible service. She didn’t help at all and was very impatient- I asked about a tour and there was no help, during the check-out i needed help with booking a taxi and again.. no help she casually ignored my requests
