Confusing ang floor dahil no signage of 3rd floor, pag out sa elevator going up, EXIT ang nakalagay instead of 3rd floor, sana maayus.
No Hot Shower even if we turn on the H still no hot shower.
And the FNB department, si ate nakaduty that time we asked here nicely if it is possible to reheat the bread but bawal daw kasi for drinks lang only but they offer food😶. Or maybe dahil hindi namn binili sa kanila ang bread kaya bawal. Don't know haha. Not happy lang talaga kay ate.
The place was tidy, and the beds were comfortable. The room size was adequate, although the shower faucet had a slight leak but would stop after a while.
Moreover, the location is ideal, being close to the park and various food outlets.
The staff at the front desk was accommodating but the maintenance they sent to check on our room because the cr door is defective was rude at first. Then when he came back with probably someone in authority, he was already nice and smiling.
When we got in the room, there was no refrigerator as opposed to what's stated in the app. Then the door of the comfort room is defective, we've been locked inside the room. I called the front desk to report the issue then the phone has a defective RJ11 wire. We also saw tissues & bottled drinks under the bed & table, indication that if was not thoroughly cleaned. They just cleaned the surface but not underneath what's visible to the eyes.
