2階奥の廊下の天井の蜘蛛の巣は一度掃除したほうが良い
多分従業員の外国籍の方（慣れていそうだったので）の浴場の使い方を見て呆れました。
シャワー使って出しっぱなしで露天へ行ったり、桶を使ったであろう、後に何故かシャワーの下とかではなく、浴槽のヘリに放置した。
後に使う人の事を全然考えてないんだな、と思いました。
従業員なら教育してほしい

流石に和室客室が古すぎる
室内にトイレがあったのは良いが、段差が高すぎました

Gedateerd hotel met mooie onsen
Pros:

Ruim opgezet met goede bedden. Erg mooie onsen en een goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Sommige delen zijn erg gedateerd en dringend aan onderhoud toe. Aparte geur in sommige gangen. Kapotte onderdelen rondom de onsen.

Zu teuer für ein antiquiertes Ambiente - der Name Grand Hotel ist ein Witz!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Onsen und ein tolles Frühstück!

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr vergammelt und in den 70ern des letzten Jahrhunderts steckengeblieben. Sehr ungemütliche Atmosphäre, altes Mobiliar, abgewetzer Teppichboden, Fassade unansehnlich, Sanitär-Ausstattung vorsintflutlich. Dafür viel zu teuer!

A gem in the forest
Pros:

I enjoyed the vibe of this hotel, the mixed onsen was a treat, as we could share the experience. The Buffett had quality food on offer and staff were very attentive.
Beds were comfy and rooms were quiet. The forest location was pretty special. The staff were very accommodating with our requests.
There is a natural spring across the road where you can get natural mountain water to drink.
