Breakfast was excellent - vast array of asian and western foods.
Staff were amazing so friendly, kind and always willing to help.
Pool - sometimes it was out of action due to being cleaned before the time the pool should close.
Room was nice and always cleaned every day by awesome hospitality team

La habitación muy limpia y en general el hotel muy limpio. La comida del desayuno estaba rica y la de la carta también.
Nos esperábamos un hotel de 4 estrellas (que lo es) pero en realidad está más cerca de las 3 que de las 4, por diferentes motivos: Los primeros 3 días las toallas en la habitación eran viejas y olían a lejía. Llamamos hasta 4 veces porque no funcionaba el dispensador de gel de la ducha. El papel del baño te dan un rollo y si no has terminado el que está puesto no te dan otro, un día tuvimos que llamar para pedir. Encima de la cama hay colgada una hoja enorme de metal que como se te caiga en la cabeza, date por muerto. Todas las noches nos hemos dormido escuchando la madera de la cabecera crepitar, lo que es bastante desagradable. El desayuno podría tener un poquito más de variedad, añadiendo una sección con salchichas, tortitas, etc. La localización está a 38 minutos andando de la playa y en una calle muy oscura y sin vida. Tienes que andar un poco para poder empezar a ver tiendas y negocios.

The food was delicious with a great variety at breakfast, and the restaurant ambience was pleasant and relaxing. I would happily recommend Grand Zuri Hotel to others.

I stayed at the Grand Zuri Kuta from December 18th to 25th, and it was a wonderful experience for the holiday season. If you are looking for a stay that feels warm, personal, and "cozy" rather than a massive, impersonal resort, this is a great choice.
