Overall, the only thing this place has going for it is the location. It's in Alona, easy walk to the beach, and across from McDonald's. Lots of restaurants and shops close by.

That's about it for the good. Towels didn't feel really clean. The bathroom felt like it never gets dry so everything stays moist. There's rust on the bars and you'll probably need to wear flip flops while showering. The bed sheets are ok but weren't changed until I asked (we stayed 5 nights).

It's also very loud (next to a bar) but that comes with the territory.

It has a good outside area to eat/drink but it doesn't seem maintained so you have to wipe down the seats yourself.

Overall, it needs some work. It had potential given its location but for the price we paid, I'd probably skip it next time.

This was a surprisingly good hotel at a reasonable rate. Staff were very helpful in every way, the inside garden Beautiful. We stayed in room 1 which was a room with a porch. Clean and with good A/C and wifi, as well as with a safe and fridge. Hotel is situated right at main road but still not to noisy. Just 3 minute walk to beach which also was perfect. Hotel did not have any restaurant, but that was ok with us since there are multiple restaurants just outside.

Friendly staff, replies fast on our requests, makes up room neatly, location is right in the heart of Panglao near the beach, access to downtown, homy feeling in the hotel.

very good location within the heart of alona. next to payag restaurant and dunkin donuts. bpi is also a few blocks away. alona beach is just a 5-minute walk. staff is also very accommodating. wil stay again

Have stayed here many times. Clean and secure and the staff very friendly. Located close to Alona Beach and many nice restaurants.

We enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. We had a big room with 2 big size bed!! The hotel is really good located near the most famous beach but there was a lot of noise in our room, we were just near to the street so it was sometimes difficult to sleep. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Lugn innergård, rymliga rum med egen terrass. Sköna sängar och städning varje dag. 5 minuter gångväg till Alona Beach, bra gångväg med massa restauranger och affärer längs med den nästan bilfria gatan ner till stranden. Helt perfekt ställe för priset.

It's old and worn but it's cheap, so you get what you pay for. Alona beach was disappointing, it's not to clean and neither is the area.

I've stayed here for 3 days. At first night, I couldn't breath seriously! The air was contaminated cause of the old air conditioner. After that, I've never turned on the air conditioner while I was staying here. I just used the fan in my room. And there is no refrigerator. You can't keep any cold drinks or foods! Just don't bring any foods. It could call ants.
Nonetheless, here is not so bad to stay. Because of the location. You can walk in just 5min to everywhere near Alona beach.

Overall stay was good. The room aircon that we have isn't cold enough unlike other rooms we have booked in the same hotel.

房間收不到訓號，房內wifi又非常非常之慢，冷氣半夜噴冰雹，但離Alona Beach 不遠，對面就是熱鬧大街，然後價錢很便宜，所以前面那些就不重要了。

It has been so good experience in the place even for us first timers.
