Personale molto gentile, ma la struttura (3 stelle) e la pulizia non giustificano 80€ a testa

La gentilezza dello staff:
Tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente educato, cordiale, gentile e disponibile per l'intera durata del soggiorno.
La disponibilità dello staff alle richieste:
Quando hai chiesto il cambio degli asciugamani (invece di attendere il cambio programmato ogni 3 giorni), hanno subito provveduto a fornirti biancheria pulita.

Cons:

Rapporto qualità-prezzo sfavorevole: 80€ a notte a persona in camera doppia senza colazione inclusa, un prezzo eccessivo per un hotel 3 stelle con questi standard.
Manutenzione e arredi della camera:
Arredi vecchi, datati e usurati.
Pavimenti rotti.
Letto rotto e sbilanciato, sostenuto da uno spessore/zeppa di legno sotto la zampa.
Buchi/fessure nella testiera del letto (coperti con asciugamani per paura dell'uscita di insetti/ospiti indesiderati).
Sanitari con evidenti segni di usura e riparazioni di fortuna (come la siliconatura visibile alla base del WC).
Igiene e pulizia:
Pulizia generale della camera pessima.
Lenzuola mai cambiate durante l'intero soggiorno.
Cambio asciugamani previsto di norma solo ogni 3 giorni.
Parcheggio: Area di sosta dell'hotel piccolissima e spesso satura (con necessità di ripiegare sul parcheggio in strada).

Überragender Service, etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Herzlicher Empfang, sehr höfliches Personal mit besonders freundlichem Entgegenkommen und hilfreichen Tipps. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, das angebotene Mittagessen einfach und schnell. Gute Lage am Rand des Zentrums.
