Cons:

I prefer higher floors. Nothing special in the room. Too ordinary. It didn't matter much to me as I used the room to sleep only. Breakfast was very poor. Not enough varieties and the omelet I requested was disappointing. Too dry and overcooked.

Staying at the avenue Canberra was great. It’s so close to everything and exceptional service.
Pros:

The service was exceptional. The staff on reception offered so much help and support and were just nice people.

Cons:

Nothing. If I’d say anything a pod coffee machine is always a good addition :)

Best stay in Canberra CBD!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to shopping mall, bars and amazing restaurants. Like being able to pull to the front to organise reservation instead of having to try find parking.

Staff are lovely, welcoming and very helpful.

The rooms are spacious, well decorated and furnished. The beds are amazing, so cozy and roomy.

The blinds make everything super dark and makes it very easy to sleep in.

I love all the extras, full sized options for body washes/shampoo/conditioners, makeup wipes etc. Small details but very appreciated.

The showers are fantastic, great pressure and can get very hot. Had waterfall shower head and hand held.

Was also so handy having a kitchenette.

Cons:

The car park is very tight and a little hard to get into with a large car.
