Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Canberra's CBD. I was upgraded on arrival into a wonderful one bedroom apartment from a hotel room which made this stay even better. The bed was so incredibly comfortable. I want that mattress. Best nights sleep ever!

Cons:

Nothing I didnt like.

Luxury in the Heart of Canberra
Pros:

As far as hotel rooms rate this was one of the best we have stayed. Plenty of room, beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed and close to restaurants and public transport.

We had a good time while staying at here.
Pros:

The location was great for our visits to Parliament House, the Royal Mint and the War Memorial.
Access to restaurants and the Civic Hotel was central and easy.

Cons:

We had two rooms for ourselves and our elderly friends. The only concern was the small bar fridges as we couldn’t put milk, yogurt or other items in without taking items out.

Pros:

The dual air-conditioning (living and bedroom), it was 45 degrees, the apartment was perfectly cool. Great location to some restaurants, friendly reception staff and good sized secured underground car park (there is a quieter second level)

Cons:

Parking wasn't free/included in accommodation price.

Perfect spot to relax in Canberra
Pros:

Loved the comfortable bed,, plenty of room. Helpful staff, excellent value for mo ey. Top location. Great breakfast and always had a parking space. Also gave us $10 off food/beverage for not having room serviced. Had plenty of towells too.

Cons:

Our room had quite a small bathroom could of been bigger.

An unexpected gem
Pros:

Such a quiet hotel, good location, Maccas and 7/11 ,around the corner.
Restaurants close by, not far from airport.
I've just been touring from Canberra to Wilson's Promitory and the bed was the most comfortable of all and quitest room.

Cons:

Took ages to check in, only 1 person on the desk, but you get that.
One thing I hated was I could not use the fridge for my water bottle.
I was required to get permission because it has sensors. I couldn't be bothered doing that.
Guests should always have access to the hotel room fridge.
I never came across this anywhere else.

Good location but.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The TV wasn’t set and the coffee machine was the wrong size for the coffee capsules. It was sorted. However coffee and tea of a good standard and quality should always be available in a Hotel room at this price point.

Pros:

Lots of little details that made the stay extra comfortable - high quality accommodation option and it's a nice bonus getting a discount at the onsite restaurant if you forego daily servicing.

Cons:

I had a bit of difficulty getting a tax invoice for my stay - the first reception staff I dealt with said it wasn't possible to get an invoice unless I booked with them directly. I was later able to get the invoice by messaging through this platform.
While the room had a well stocked minibar it did not have basics such as milk for the tea/coffee.
