Clean. Comfortable. Convent.
There were discrepancies about price that I booked online and what they tried to charge me. Glad I was paying attention! Bottom line was still a few cents off at the end but my patience was running thin.
Love how the housekeepers were so attentive to our needs
During breakfast, we had to wait cause the staffs finished some of the foods.

Staff easily switched me to a new room when mine evidently had mold and water damage.
I initially was put in a room that has sever water damage, the paint was separated off of the wall where it met the ceiling.

The pool
Our room had a pair of rolled up socks on the ground. Also there was blood splattered on the bathroom wall I noticed while blow drying my hair. The light on the ceiling flashing was vexing once we tried to sleep. Room 214
Clean and easy to get to
The entire staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. The pillows in the room were amazing.
The picture of the pool online verse the actual pool itself was very deceiving. The pictures of the pool and size is why I booked this trip for my son and his friend over the other hotels in town. It "looked" bigger than the other hotels but definitely wasn't. The pool was little, not very deep so with just a few people in there it was crowded. The chemicals in the room also burned our eyes when we went to look at the pool. There was a lot of areas of the hotel that were stained: couches in the lobby, carpet, hotel room carpet, lamp shade had stains, bedding had a few stains on it, the bathroom shower walls, I felt like I needed a shower after my shower. I tried to cancel but would have had to pay full price so we stayed. I feel bad leaving this review, but I just want others to be aware.
