The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The bathtub/ shower was a hazard! The tub was so slick, it was difficult to stand, get in or out and my 81 year old husband almost went down twice. Needs a bath mat and grip bars.
Strong smell is present when the air conditioning is operating. Please check the unit and replace the filter or clean the system if needed. The place looks clean but the AC have the musty smell. Breakfast was good.
Close to all of the activities.
Room didn’t not get cleaned until we left, we had to ask for more towels every night, no pool, outdated facility, staff didn’t care to help when asked for answers, no chocolate milk for breakfast, tv was outdated.
Grateful they were able to accommodate a last second reservation for my family to stop traveling for the night. We were looking forward to a shower and breakfast.
The shower shot sideways from the faucet and there was some mold in the shower, then I came down to ask about when breakfast ended and was told they only would have “grab and go” things today. It was bare, no fruit, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. they only had juice (no cups laid out, had to grab coffee cups from across the room ), bread, bagels, muffins, and the cinnamon rolls, at least. Very unfortunate as we booked to feed our family a hot breakfast before traveling. We had to go out and purchase additional food before we left town.
No working elevator. Disabled husband had to climb stairs. Walls don’t block out sound. Heard neighbors all night. Water felt slimy. No one cleaned our room just gave us towels. Beds very hard and uncomfortable.
This hotel to start is very expensive, $195 at night and all the amenities offered by the description none of them work
The elevator does not work, even the side doors do not work, the pool is out of service, those who attend are despots and arrogant, at eight in the morning they are already knocking on the door to see if they can enter to clean literally evicting ahead of time
The experience is terrible, I advise you not to book in this hotel it is not worth it and it is very expensive and the service is terrible
My room was clean.
The elevator was broken. The hallway was hot. Breakfast was unappealing.

Elevator was broken and we had to be moved to a 1st floor room
trash by front door was overflowing for three days, ac sounded like a jet taking off, no coffee due to machines broken, pool out if commission, elevator broken, mold/mildew in shower, front desk did not seem to care and was a bit defensive.
I booked a stay through a 3rd party. I had accidentally booked two nights instead of one. The 3rd Party is/was willing to give a refund, IHG corporate is/was willing to give a refund. The only entity preventing me from getting money back for an unused stay is the Hotel Manager himself.
The Manager refuses to accept or return phone calls, and has been actively avoiding me. I have attempted to make contact with the Manager for over a week with no success.
My family does a lot of travel, and I have hit Gold status with IHG twice. My wife is current Silver, and my brother is current Gold. All of us will be taking our business to IHG competitors from now due to this single Manager.
Had to change rooms 3 times. First room the shower would not drain. Second room the door did not lock and the tv stand looked like it was going to fall through the floor.. the third room was ok. Air conditioner was very loud and didn't really work. Staff was ok. Not real friendly.

Huge gap in our door, light shining through bad. Felt unsafe with how much you could see. Very slow shower drain. Room fan didn’t stay on. Room very stuffy.

The initial room was very dirty. The wall beside the bed had what can only be described as male bodily fluid dripping down the wall into the carpet. It appeared to be "blasted" many times onto it. It was disgusting. The front desk offered to wipe it off the wall but if that was blatantly obvious the moment you walked in, what else wasnt cleaned properly. She we requested another room. We were told they were booked from all double queens but rhey could put us in a King Suite with a pull out bed. We agreed and said we would make it work, however when we pulled out the couch for the bed there were mouse dropping within the folds of the mattress. We decided at that point to jist go to another hotel. I asked for a refund and that still hasnt been given. I have reached out multiple times to the property with no response.
Clean
Very spacious
This was our first time at this hotel and we were extremely impressed! Every staff member we saw greeted us. The lobby, hallways, our room, everything was extremely clean. The beds were especially comfortable, as was the bedding. (usually I hate hotel bedding, but theirs was so comfy, I wish I could've taken it with me) We liked that they had a little snack store by the front desk, so we didn't need to run out late at night when we wanted something to eat/drink.
