The initial room was very dirty. The wall beside the bed had what can only be described as male bodily fluid dripping down the wall into the carpet. It appeared to be "blasted" many times onto it. It was disgusting. The front desk offered to wipe it off the wall but if that was blatantly obvious the moment you walked in, what else wasnt cleaned properly. She we requested another room. We were told they were booked from all double queens but rhey could put us in a King Suite with a pull out bed. We agreed and said we would make it work, however when we pulled out the couch for the bed there were mouse dropping within the folds of the mattress. We decided at that point to jist go to another hotel. I asked for a refund and that still hasnt been given. I have reached out multiple times to the property with no response.

Very spacious
This was our first time at this hotel and we were extremely impressed! Every staff member we saw greeted us. The lobby, hallways, our room, everything was extremely clean. The beds were especially comfortable, as was the bedding. (usually I hate hotel bedding, but theirs was so comfy, I wish I could've taken it with me) We liked that they had a little snack store by the front desk, so we didn't need to run out late at night when we wanted something to eat/drink.
the breakfast for the two days was not that good. the food was hard and cold . the gravy was too watery. and not very much options some hotels i been too that served complamentary breakfast also have waffle mix or pancake mix as well.
the pool was closed during my stay. so part of my trip i couldnt enjoy a nice relaxation swim. guess construction or something was under going that day or weekend. plus there was no parking space avaiable upon arrival back to the hotel room
If I could give lower then one star, I would! This was probably the worst hotel I've ever been in. Stains on the couch, cabinet doors missing exposing mold, ant on the bed and coming out of a/c, the fridge didnt work. After sitting in it we had enough and went to the desk to check out and ask for a refund. The lady was nice and said omg I dont know why they are even putting people in this room! She went on to say her manager would contact us about a refund. The next day he messaged and said no refund would be applied! He said we could've just switched rooms but after seeing how he runs a hotel, no thanks! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else this hotel is bad!
I recently was a guest at this HHI for 4 nights. I called the motel for 2 days before my arrival & the phone was NEVER ANSWERED.. At check in I was assigned a 2nd floor room. It was not promptly cleaned, had a broken mirror, no curtains & was very noisy. At 8:00 the next morning I went to front desk & asked for another room. I was magically placed in a first floor room, though I had been told at 9:00 the night before, none were available. The room was worn & dated but acceptable. When I checked out I learned my name was not listed at the hotel as a guest (although, of course , I had showed my ID & IHG card upon check in) AND someone I did not know was registered to my room! (I had wondered why my room # & name didn’t access free internet). 2 very nice ladies were working the front desk. They apologized profusely & assured me the mgr would contact me to straighten it all out. The call never came…..
Hint- there is a Hampton Inn next door.
The beds were clean and comfortable. The The bathroom was clean. The breakfast staff member, Nathan W. was great at keeping the buffet full and fresh.
There was a strange room across the hall from our room. We didn't ask about it but it was unexpected. The floor wasn't entirely vacuumed, I noticed when I walked barefoot.

They stated they had a pool but it was not working and that was the whole reason we went there for our daughter to swim.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The suite we had booked wasn't available so they put us in two rooms next to each other. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well stocked and had good variety.
It was clean and the breakfast was delicious.
