A Good Stay
Pros:

Excellent air conditioning during heatwave
Comfortable bed
Spacious room
Regular house keeping
Water, coffee making facilities and biscuits provided

Cons:

Construction noise which begins early next door which we weren’t aware of when booking.

Awesome find close to everything
Pros:

This hotel was fantastic. We got the 2 bedroom family suite. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms, my kids each had their own bed, and the rooftop terrace was a delightful place to start my day with a coffee. The AC was strong and worked great in the heat wave. Wifi worked well. Fridge was cold. Coffee maker and biscuits provided. Only downside was no restaurant (which I knew in advance) and we had trouble finding a breakfast restaurant which had more than pastries. (I know that in Italy they often eat differently for breakfast than the US, but was surprised it was that hard to find someplace with a non pastry breakfast.) would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent location close to main sites but also quiet.

Suite familiar con encanto y ubicación excelente a un precio competitivo
Pros:

La ubicación, las camas, la limpieza y la terraza. El personal también fue muy amable facilitando información por whatsapp sobre cómo abrir la puerta de la calle y de la habitación al llegar más tarde de las 22h cuando ya no había nadie en la recepción.

Highly recommend for superior service and location
Pros:

Excellent location. Close to water taxi and St. Marks Square. Incredible service. Very helpful showing us where to go, even booked our taxis and ferry tickets. Outstanding all the way around!

Perfect - the Corte Barozzi is Venice!
Pros:

Location is amazing only two minutes walk from the best areas around St Marks and staff are so friendly! Their communication and help before we even arrived weee spectacular. They booked us a water taxi from the train to the hotel and then set up our return at the end of our stay. They made us feel right at home.

Cons:

Nothing! The suite sits with windows overlooking the canal where gondoliers que up so they are always something to see out the window during the day. At night they tie up outside but it’s quiet and peaceful.
