Pros:

We stayed in Venice and our experience at this hotel was truly perfect in every aspect. The location was excellent, in a quiet area yet still very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around the city very easy.

All the hotel facilities were great, the room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized.

What made our stay even more special was the receptionist, who was extremely positive, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She also suggested beautiful places to visit and even gave us a mini guide that helped us enjoy the city to the fullest.

Overall, a 10/10 experience – we would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Quiet but central. Lovely staff. Comfy bed. Spotlessly clean
Pros:

The location was perfect. In a very quiet tucked away area (but with a canal view). No passing people. Only 5mins from St Mark's Square. Bed was so comfy. Spotlessly clean. Real venetian feel. Reception staff were lovely and really helpful.

Pros:

franchement lieux formidable avec accueil en français ce qui est rare à venise! et vraiment confort et vue sur canal, dans le calme d'une cour...incroyable!

Cons:

mettre juste des contenant plus grands à remplir pour les savons (écologie) et de la tisane en plus du thé et du café, mais vraiment ce sont des détail! sinon tout est parfait!

L'endroit est parfait, en plein centre, tout est très facilement accessible, dont la proximité immédiate avec la place Saint-Marc.
La suite était spacieuse, les lits confortables, le service de chambre aux petits soins, tout s'est très bien passé !
Voir passer les gondoles en bas de chez nous était très agréable.

Cons:

Dommage qu'on ait eu affaire à des voisins au-dessus plutôt bruyants et sans gènes tard dans la nuit, en marchant fortement sur le sol ! Le respect d'autrui disparaît malheureusement... Je suis sûr que ces personnes n'auraient pas non plus apprécié cela !
Quelques dérangements au passage de bateaux à moteur en pleine nuit mais rien de plus.

Pros:

This was located in a convenient spot for us and our favorite thing was being able to hear the singing from gondolas going by in the canal below. It was smaller than we had anticipated but still worked for what we needed.

Worth a visit
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic spot. 4 minute walk from the water bus to and from the airport. Blue line is the one to use. Also close to St Marks square and loads of expensive designer shops.
The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfy and had an excellent sleep. We were back in the room by 9.30pm after walking all day and there were 2 downsides. That been that there was only a coffee maker and the water didn’t get particularly hot for a tea and the tv didn’t have many English channels and was a fair way from the bed when you need to rest your feet and legs😜. The bath is good for a soak again for legs and feet!
If you ask reception for ideas on where to eat they will advise. They told us a lovely restaurant which was lovely. Think it was Aninemo or something like that!

Great location in comfortable suite.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were incredible. The room was comfortable and clean. I felt very safe. They had a little coffee machine in the room and a small refrigerator which was nice.

Cons:

I was a little confused about check in. It’s not a typical hotel. You need to ring the bell and staff time is limited. I checked in quite late and felt lucky someone was there to let me in. The shower wasn’t great, but it’s an old building so not unexpected.
