Минус открыть окно…
Pros:

Отель расположен очень удобно, персонал приветливый, номера чистые, в целом всё понравилось. Единственный существенный минус для меня — в номере не открываются окна, а кондиционер работает довольно шумно. Свежего воздуха очень не хватало. Насколько я поняла, открывающиеся окна есть только на верхних этажах, но в нынешней ситуации это не самый комфортный вариант. В остальном всё было отлично.

Cons:

Какой бы хорошей ни была система кондиционирования, она не заменяет свежий воздух. Возможность открыть окно кажется базовой вещью для комфортного отдыха. В остальном никаких замечаний нет.

Персонал на рецепціі обслуговував жахливо!
Сніданки теж не схожі на сніданки які дають у 5зіркових готелях.
Послуги допомоги з речами нема(тільки якщо погодиться охоронець- доречі єдиний нормальний чоловік із персоналу)!

Pros:

Загалом готель хороший, можна залишатись для пляжного відпочинку в Одесі: зручне розташування недалеко від Аркадії та у будні дні прохід на пляж Ітака є значною перевагою.

Cons:

Від пʼятизіркового готелю очікуєш трішки кращого.

Перші 4 дні гостей було не достатньо для шведської лінії і замість неї на сніданку можна було обрати страву із меню для сніданків (де всього десь 6-7 страв на вибір), при цьому час очікування того ж омлету або сирників були 30-40 хвилин, що не дуже приємно.

Стандартні номери дуже маленькі (20 метрів) і мають дуже обмежені меблі щоб нормально розкласти речі двом особам. Прохід між ліжком та стіною менше 40 сантиметрів тому часто можна зачепитись або вдаритись об ліжко при проході.

СПА працює ок, але біля хамаму на стелі пліснява. Сауна не працює.
