Kahvaltı seçeneği yeterli ve lezzetli. Personel çok iyi ve güler yüzlü.iTAKA plajı için her gün giriş kartı veriyorlar. Bizim odada mini bar soğutmuyordu ve gece olmasına rağmen hemen değiştirdiler.Spor salonunda aletler çok iyi,havuz da su ısıtmalı.

Cons:

Kimi odaların pencereleri açılmıyor bu sebeple odaya temiz hava girmiyor ve yıkadıklaınız uzun süre kurumuyor.

Вдале місцерозташування , сніданки хороші, брали покращений номер-було чисто, гарний вид з вікна! У вартість входив вхід до пляжу Ітака.

Тепер мінуси-з ходу нагрубіянив паркувальник, що одразу справило неприємне враження. Оскільки ми підʼїхали о 22-00, не одразу зорієнтувалися куди стати-і стали на вільне місце. Вирішили заселитися спочатку, а потім вже вирішити питання з авто. Підбіг чоловік, і грубим тоном почав казати, мовляв, ви що не бачите, щоб там знак, не ставити машину, на що відповіли, що ми хочемо заселитися і переставимо авто куди скажете. На ресепшені, дівчина зустрічала з виглядом, наче ми її потривожили і о 22-00 заїхали до неї додому для заселення🤨 я розумію, пізня година, але мінімальна посмішка не завадила б. Номер був великий і з красивими панорамними вікнами, однак жодне з них не відкривалось, елементарно не вистачало повітря, відчували себе наче шпроти в банці, спали з увімкненим кондиціонером.

Pros:

Відпочиваємо в готелі другий рік поспіль. Розташування чудове. До Аркадії хв 7 пішки. Сам готель неймовірний. Номер просторий, є все необхідне, фен, праска, прасувальна дошка навіть, чайник, білосніжна постіль, халати,рушники. Прибирають щодня, приносять водичку, каву,чай. З побажань: урізноманітнити бар, добавити хоча б газовані напої,сік і т.д., а також урізноманітнити косметичні засоби. Щодо сніданків:2 гарніри,наприклад гречка і картопля фрі, сосиски і курка, 2 салата, кілька видів яєць,сирники, овочі, оливки, джеми,ковбаска,сир, десерти порційні, загалом всього достатньо,для вибагливого туриста не вистачить,хочеться свіжої випічки,але загалом голодним ніхто не залишиться. Окрема любов ресторан болгарської кухні, порції дуже великі, все смачно і цінник нижче середнього.Щодо пляжу: все ж хотілося,щоб доступ до пляжу Ітака був і на вихідних. Тоді відпочинок буде повноцінний. Підсумовуючи:нам все сподобалося, обов'язково приїдемо і втретє, готель чудовий, шумоізоляція класна,нічого не чути.
