Cleanliness
5.8
Multiple reviews report poor cleaning: stained carpets, blood on sheets, insects/cockroaches, sewer smells and badly maintained bathrooms; some guests did report clean rooms, but negatives dominate.
Service
9.2
Consistently praised staff: multiple mentions of friendly, welcoming reception and helpful service, including flexible cancellation handling.
Location
9.6
Very strong location feedback: close to airport, tram stop in front of hotel and easy access to city center and restaurants; repeatedly cited as a major positive.
Room Quality
7.3
Mixed room comments: comfortable beds and good shower/AC reported, but some rooms have small surface area and bathrooms in poor condition (swollen doors, worn fixtures).
Amenities
8.6
Amenities generally functional: terrace and restaurant available, tram access; however restaurant/bar availability and some daily supplies (breakfast replenishment) were inconsistent.
Value for Money
7
Mixed perceptions: several guests praise good value and consistent pricing, while others note occasional unexplained price increases and extra fees at check-in.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Breakfast and F&B are inconsistent: some guests enjoyed a very good buffet, but several report weak/poorly replenished breakfasts and the restaurant/bar being closed or unavailable at times.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall positive experience for many regular and transit guests (comfortable, practical, good location and friendly staff), tempered by cleanliness and occasional F&B/value issues.

Hôtel correct
Pros:
