Excelente opción para hospedarse en Coatepec
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy limpio, buena ubicación, buen desayuno. Todo es muy cómodo. Las habitaciones sencillas tienen una escalera de caracol pequeña para que un adulto mayor pueda subir, si llevan adultos mayores pidan una suite.

Un edificio antiguo pero muy bien cuidado, cómodo, bonito. Las habitaciones muy buen diseño de acuerdo al edificio Es l servicio de primera el desayuno rico y suficiente

La recamara que nos tocó muy bonita pero junto al área de servicio y se oía cada vez que funcionaba la bomba de agua y la señal del Internet se interrumpía demasiado

La habitación es algo incómoda, es una especie de tlapanco, y la escalera para llegar al segundo nivel es muy estrecha, sin pasamanos. La señal del wifi es bastante te mala.

El lugar es super bonito, con sus jardines interiores y se nota que tiene buen mantenimiento. Cerca del centro de la ciudad, todos los sitios de interés te quedan caminando, el personal super amable. La habitación me pareció bonita y supero mis expectativas en confort, tanto la cama, almohadas, ropa de cama... y la limpieza impecable. Otra cosa que supero mis expectativas, fue el desayuno incluido, simplemente delicioso y con un toque de sazón local.

Las escaleras para subir al tapanco, un poco peligrosas.

Pros:

Las instalaciones, limpieza y servicio del hotel son, sin duda, las mejores en Coatepec. El servicio de desayuno es muy bueno, con opciones para todos los gustos y una sazón muy buena.
Es un poco incómodo el ruido que se escucha en las habitaciones por la resonancia que la arquitectura del lugar tiene. Nada grave pero mejoraría mucho si usaran ventanas aislantes acústicamente.
