Pros:

A very nice place with vintage Mexican charme. We liked our room very much - small concessions in comfort are easily outweighed by staying in such a well-kept historic building. All staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the basement was great for having fresh, typical breakfast. The central location made it a good starting and meeting point, too.

Beautiful house, clean and great location.

Cons:

Noisy as expected being in the center. Front desk were kind but could be a little bit more resourceful.

El mejor hotel de la cadena Del Prado. Gran relación calidad/costo.

Reservamos una segunda noche en la terraza del alférez pero el mesón nos gustó mucho más.

Fue un viaje familiar, las habitaciones cómodas, mi papá con discapacidad de movilidad y la habitación le funcionó muy bien. Solo tuve que pedir un banquito para que se pudiera bañar. Sería bueno tener la opción de un banco para esos fines, o un adulto mayor que deba bañarse sentado, los pisos son muy resbalosos.
De ahí, la camarista muy amable, César de recepción igual. El demás personal de recepción no saludan siempre están en sus celulares.

Desde el momento en el que llegué, todo el personal fue súper atento. Todos los días había una comunicación activa entre mis necesidades y solicitudes. El lugar es hermoso, cómodo y amplio. Ideal para caminatas al rededor pues todos los restaurantes y lugares de mi interés están cerca :)

Muy buena estancia.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, a una cuadra del parque central.
Algunas personas se quejan de que hay ruido en un bar cercano y que eso no los dejó descansar. Sin embargo, no fue nuestro caso, por la noche no se oía ninguna bulla y pudimos dormir sin complicaciones.
La señorita que se encuentra por la mañana en la recepción fue muy amable. Además, entregaron la factura de forma rápida en cuanto envié mis datos y constancia. Espero quedarme en otra ocasión que viaje a Xalapa.
