Pros:

Aamiainen oli ihan ok, mutta ei minusta missään nimessä Turun paras, aamiaistila on melko epäviihtyisä, ei päivänvaloa. Henkilökunta poikkeuksellisen palvelualtista suomalaiseen hotelliin. Mukava ja tyylikäs huone, joskin siivoukseen ehkä hieman tarkkuutta.

Pros:

So the location and rooms itself are superb, but what really made our stay was the people who work there. Helem made us feel like we were coming home to a friend, so kind & helpful! Everyone, from the cleaning lady to the restaurant is so incredibly friendly, but not overwhelming (like in the usa). Then on top of that the food (breakfast and dinner) is excellent. I can not recommend it enough.

Pros:

Erittäin tyylikäs hotelli valosuunnittelua myöten. Huone suuri, tyylikäs ja puhdas. Aamupala erinomainen ja monipuolinen. Kohtelias henkilökunta.

Huone oli upea ja siisti. Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja henkilökunta todella ystävällinen.
Pros:

Aamiaisella on paljon kaikenlaista herkkua. Lämminruoka oli kylläkin kylmää ja se hiukan harmitti. Lisäksi porttaat huonojen jalkojen vuoksi asetti haasteita, kun kantoi käsissään ruokalausta ja mehulasia - ei voinut ottaa kaiteesta kiinni. Suostavaa olisi, että "liikuntarajoittesille" varattaisin paikka samalta tasolta, missä buffet tarjoilut olivat, niin ei tarvitsisi mennä portaisiin.

Ei muuta moitittavaa, kuin mitä edellisessä vastauksessani totesin; "kylmää ruokaa ja liikaa portaita" ja hissi oli melko onneton, mutta respassa kerrotiin, että museoviranomaiset eivät salli "isompaa hissiä" tai miten tämän muotoilisin.
