Pros:

Great central location.

Cons:

Building is very tired. The bed had a broken spring the poked out of the mattress.

Was very disappointed with the room but spa and location was great
Pros:

The location was great, close to all facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The option of being able to come in earlier, E.g. 1pm.

Cons:

The mattress was very firm, the doors to the balcony didn't shut properly. The carpet looked like it was original. Room 33 has a streetlight right in front of it so that meant you couldn't open the glass door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves 😒

Disappointing and way too expensive for the state of the room.
Pros:

View was fabulous, right across from the beach.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed and this was not disclosed until upon arrival. Room and hotel generally were very run down with rippled carpet, aircon didn't work and there was no iron in the room. Hallway lighting was not working at night which was a safety hazard.

Location location, but basic. good value for money
Pros:

it was a basic room for a basic price and i had a great nights sleep. I'd say there is a big reno about to happen so you need to get all food and drinks elsewhere in town.

Location is excellent. Room was large with a generous spa bath.
Beautiful old building right on thew sea front.
Within walking distance of everything.

Cons:

It is certainly showing its age and needed an upgrade.

Pros:

The view from our spa room was unbelievable and stunning sunrise 🌅. The spa was perfect 👌. Very friendly and wonderful host. The room was full of class and heritage pieces. It was very comfy.

Lovely old building in great location.

Cons:

No restaurant, Cafe or bar, all permanently closed. This needs to be updated. Bathroom was not in room, but down a corridor. Photos provided, were misleading, as they showed a bathroom directly off the bedroom. Also extension leads running under carpet runners is not safe!

Pleasant and Comfortable
