Awesome, looking forward to staying here again.
Pros:

Felt safe in a secured neighborhood. Nice open concept. Good rooms. Good ac. Nice layout of pool and private villas to hangout during the day. Affordable.

Cons:

Fence needs attention. Specially for children’s safety.
Beach access has a lot of steps. But it’s worth the walk!

Pros:

Loved the location- room was good- views were great- salt pools were fun

Cons:

*cleaning Just needed some cleanup. All picnic areas had trash around. Maybe from same day but 6 server standing around have them help- wipe tables and pick up trash. Tile halls going to rooms need to be mopped. Common areas need attention that what you walk through most. Our room was fine.
*NO HOT water is a bummer.
*For pool, one towel given for two people at front desks

Horrible. Need to work with front desk staff on customer service skills

Natural pool and beach

Cons:

Wasn’t able to stay. The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. The young man and young lady had a very bad attitude from the beginning. Arrive early, room wasn’t ready and we understood as frequently as we travel. We use the natural pool and beach came back at 3pm checked in and was give a 1 bed with a shared bathroom, but I paid for room with 3 beds. Went back to the desk and inquired and got that is the only room available. So we asked for a refund and received instant attitude, then proceeded to ask for supervisor and one never showed up. We eventually got the refund and move to an amazing apartment in El Zonte where the staff was simply amazing. Long story short, the facilities are great, but front desk staff really turn me off and we’re not welcoming at all.
