Fue muy tardado el servicio en el restaurante hora y media de espera para el almuerzo. Me chocaron mi vehículo en el parqueo deberían tener área exclusiva para huéspedes
el desayuno le falta un poco más , y deben poner un poco más de variedad

Overall the location was great but I expected the place to be more private as shown in the pictures.

Las instalaciones en general no tienen mantenimiento. Jardines marchitos, nos tocó una habitación con un drenaje mal oliente, no nos llevaron el equipaje a la habitación

Ubicación, habitación limpia aunque antiguas.
El desayuno buffete
Muy sucio pocos recipientepara colocar basura, áreas verdes descuidadas, el personal poco atentos y nadie ayuda, el servicio del restaurante demasiado lento, las piscinas no tienen sombra.

Nice views of the beach and great seafood at the Pelicanos restaurant
Outdated facilities, lot's of people using the shared facilities (pool, cabana, etc.), outdated rooms and bathrooms. The window in the room did not lock and faced the street. Had "beach access" but the access closed at 6 pm and required climbing through MANY stairs that were incredibly steep. No beach chairs or service at the beach.
Vistas al mar súper hermosas, para los amantes a la fotografía excepcional, habitaciones con una excelente limpieza, tamaño de acuerdo a la descripción (te recomiendo 100 a 208, por ubicación) área de piscina y comedor excelente, ranchitos se cancelan por aparte, son una excelente opción para descansar, posee Pase de Día, y le dan un toque por la afluencia de familias que al final es una bella estadía familiar. Habitación de 3 paredes y la 4ta de ellas es ventana.
El aire acondicionado así un sonido de funcionamiento para descansar a gusto, se tuvo que suspender su funcionamiento, pero si eres de sueño pesado no te afectara, suministro de agua en ocasiones se ve afectado, el baño por no poseer ventilación guarda olor a humedad pero es por guardar ropa húmeda en nuestro casó. Atami es un condominio muy grande rodeado de Hermosas Casas, posiblemente sea difícil llegar por la distancia de la calle principal, pero con indicaciones de las personas se facilita (mejor la señalización) más si llegas en hora de la noche.
