The bed and bedding was comfortable and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was kept clean.
Our room was 85 degrees and it took the poor desk clerk several trips and a fan to try and help us be comfortable. The AC was not working properly. The facility did not look or feel clean. The hallways carpets were not vacuumed. The pool water was green and it smelled more like a pond.
The queen bed was comfortable. Took a bath it was a nice tub.
The AC was noisy. The bathroom shower /tub was hard to get it to go to the shower. No elevator.

The breakfast was amazing, staff was so helpful and friendly. The staff even helped me get a stain out of my sons baseball pants with stop remover.
Hot tub was out of order. Wish if I book for multiple days they would put extra soaps and toilet paper.

Would have been nice if the building had an elevator
Zero sound proofing, so you can hear your neighbor cough, spit, talk on the cell phone. Dark, small cell-like room. Bed was not great. For a pet-friendly hotel, poorly maintained green area, with an empty poop bag dispenser. On the other, decent breakfast.
The hotel was close to the fwy. The room was comfortable. It was quiet.
The hotel was so spread out.. our room was a long way from the lobby and breakfast.
That is was close to where I needed
They had construction wake us up right at 7am and they were literally ripping stuff off the building right next to our room, they said they would give a 40% off our second night and did not get that 40% off they still charged me in full
The location was decent
There was construction on and around their building this should have been something that was told to me before I booked. I was woken up at 7:30 by my building shaking from them jackhammering concrete attached to the building I was staying in. I woke up to what I thought might be an earthquake it was so bad. I hate that I spent good money to stay in a construction zone especially not knowing what I was getting into before my stay. I feel they should have notified people and rooms should have been significantly cheaper than they were.
