Good deal for the money

Pros:

I like how we had a very spacious room and we were back in the corner and close to the door to get in real quick.

Cons:

It just seemed like we could hear everything from the hallway and from outside. We were next to a busy street, and cars were traveling by a lot and very loud as well.

The service is five stars.
Pros:

Gage the front desk attendee is simply the best. He greeted us with a smile, super helpful. Helping us with our accommodations. The room is amazing, my kids loved the pool. Very pleasant atmosphere at a great value. It made me feel at home away from home.

Go for the pillows and pool, not the breakfast
Pros:

Front desk staff was absolutely great - both the evening and day shifts.

Hotel rooms are nicely updated - suites are large and great setup. Water pressure in shower was good. Pillows were awesome. Sofa bed mattress is thin. Sound carries a lot, but we used a white noise app on our phone that helped.

Pool and hot tub were extremely nice, very clean - lots of lounge chairs (with cushions).

Fifteen minutes before checkout, we did have an odd experience where someone came to our door, claimed housekeeping - but they had no cleaning supplies with them and when questioned, stammered that they were making sure we were leaving.

Breakfast staff was the most unpleasant I've ever had across multiple hotel chains. With 30 minutes still left (breakfast was only 6-9 am, not later on weekends/holidays like other hotels do), we were told that they were almost closing and wouldn't refresh items like the pancake batter. They were actively cleaning up and oblivious to being in the way of guests still trying to eat.

At exactly 9 am, they shut off part of the lights.

Another guest's children made a bit of a mess and it was clear the staff was upset (while the guest was still there).

Decent place to stay
Pros:

Positives include impressive entry and I was pleased with our large-ish room. It is dog friendly, clean, and the rooms have a good fan, microwave and mini fridge. The lounge was a great place to hang out in the evening. Friendly staff.
Negatives include no hot water in the morning at 8am. The pool area was overwhelmed with children until closing, and the Sunday breakfast was meh hot choices with limited hours closing 9am.
