It was good, just for the price it is starting to ahow its age.
Pros:

Location is good. Close to fuel and food.

Cons:

Age. The bathroom needs attention. The shower collar is loose and water pressure is mediocre. The roof area in the shower was cleaned but you can see where mold is starting to form.

Pros:

Dining area was clean and roomy. Warm/hot dishes were labeled so we knew what was under the lid.

Cons:

French toast could have been much more toasted. The orange juice was rather odd.

The staf and the lounge area. Clean and fresh. Love the sitting area in our room.

Cons:

No elevator for handicap, toilet was very low and it was difficult for me to get up after using. The toilet. T.v. was out all evening due to storm. But overall nice stay

Bed bugs in room, but don't expect them to admit it.

Did I mention the bed bugs?

Stayed one night with the family and later in the day after we had checked out, we started noticing the bites (it's normal for bed bug bites to not show up right away). Literally head to toe on all three of us. We contacted the hotel to let them know of the problem, we weren't even asking for compensation at that point, just telling them so they could take care of it before they put someone else in the room. After they said they would look in to it and then not hearing anything for a couple of days, we called back to ask what they found. The front desk told us that the manager claimed to have tried to call us earlier in the day (there were no missed calls). When we finally did get to talk to the manager, their response... "We didn't find anything, but treated the room anyway."

The pictures attached are a sampling of the ones we sent them (these are just of me, not the other family members). You can decide if it was nothing.

Pros:

Growing up on the east coast, most BWs I stayed in weren’t that great, so I didn’t hold them with a high opinion. But, when I started traveling out west for work in my 20s, all the BWs I stayed in were pretty damn nice. So, years later when I had to travel to Pocatello, I suggested the BW to my coworkers based on prior experiences out west. Boy was I let down as this is what I would call an east coast BW. Don’t get me wrong, the stay wasn’t terrible or anything, just not that great. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Grounds were meh. ‘Business center’ was a joke. Room was average at best - AC kept turning off in the middle of the night and the toilet clogged. Positives: Close to highway, staff was nice, cookies at night.

Broken AC, friendly staff, dirty facility, pond instead of a pool!
Pros:

The bed and bedding was comfortable and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was kept clean.

Cons:

Our room was 85 degrees and it took the poor desk clerk several trips and a fan to try and help us be comfortable. The AC was not working properly. The facility did not look or feel clean. The hallways carpets were not vacuumed. The pool water was green and it smelled more like a pond.

Needs an update. Lobby loooks worn the carpet a furniture need an update. Ice machine leaking.
Pros:

The queen bed was comfortable. Took a bath it was a nice tub.

Cons:

The AC was noisy. The bathroom shower /tub was hard to get it to go to the shower. No elevator.
