Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location
Pros:

The only positives were the location, which is close to the main square, and the view from the room. Earplugs recommended.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay.
We were downgraded to a lower-category room on arrival, and despite raising the issue multiple times, no one would take responsibility. Reception directed us to the office, while the office sent us back to reception — nothing was resolved.
The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains, and during the night a cockroach actually climbed out of the snk.
Breakfast was the worst we experienced during our time in Vietnam — limited, unappealing, and very busy with large tour groups. We chose to eat elsewhere on the second morning.
Overall, not a stay we would recommend.

Amazing experience here
Pros:

The view from the rooms are beautiful and look out onto the town square. Very delicious breakfast is served that is incomparable in taste. The staff are kind and helpful and the hotel is warm and inviting.

L'hôtel est à côté le centre ville. Les personnelles sont gentils et sympathiques. Bon conseils pour vister les sites touristiques.
Sur tout les plats locaux du restaurant de l'hôtel sont délicieux et authentiques.
