Pros:

Breakfast was good. 80% of the staff was very friendly. The property needs to be fix especially the bathroom.

Pros:

The location was terrific and the staff was super sweet and helpful. They booked us on a group trek the day before. The room itself was super spacious and had great views of the city. Basic breakfast served in the morning.

Cons:

The room did seem a little dirty - we found several dead bugs after we checked in. The bathroom was also a bit chaotic. The bathtub wasn’t fully secured into the floor so getting in and out was a bit shaky. Also, while having no shower screen is typical the way the shower was positioned in front of the sink and toilet the entire bathroom became wet and slippery when we showered.

Sapa - A Winter Wonderland
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in the Sapa city centre close to many attractions. The view of the Fansipan mountains from our room was marvellous. The breakfast was great. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of dining options.

Cons:

3% surcharge on any sort of card payments to settle the room fees. The reception also didn't have any small changes for cash when I requested if I could exchange my VND 500.000 into small denominations.

Good easy place to stay in a great location.

Yêu cầu giường lớn nhưng lại lấy 2 giường đơn ghép lại. Khi liên hệ cần hỗ trợ vì bất tiện, tiếp tân có hứa sẽ hỗ trợ nhưng đợi mãi ko thấy gọi lại hỗ trợ.
Sáng trả phòng sớm để di chuyển sang nơi khác.
