Better than the trending hotels on social media!

Un adresse calme bien que centrée
Pros:

La chambre très grande, confortable et propre, avec un agréable balcon.
La serviabilité du personnel: il y avait des odeurs de cuisine le matin dans la première chambre que nous avons reçue, nous avons pu déménager rapidement et sans complications.

Great amazing restaurant and service in the restaurant part, horrible housekeeping in the hotel part.

Restaurant was also lovely

Cons:

The housekeeping staff went through our belongings and threw out some of our staff. We didn’t feel as if our property was well respected and concerned us if they were to take valuable items. We informed reception however we did not get any form of compensation or apology from housekeeping.

On the second day, housekeeping didn’t come until 4pm, to where they giggled about it. We also didn’t have many things and constantly had to keep asking for toilet paper and fresh towels.

The shower also leaks as there is not proper drainage so the whole bathroom will flood

+ Nous sommes arrivé à 7h du matin avec le bus couchette depuis Hanoï et on nous a donnée une chambre afin de nous reposer moyennant un paiement. ça nous as permit de prendre une douche de nous reposer un peu avant de commencer nos activités à Sapa.

Love it! I was there for 3 nights but I just had to extend to 5 nights, even then I didn’t want to leave. When I made my change my room was only available for 1 extra night so they upgraded me to the VIP room, very kind. Breakfast was fine and a nice choice. Shout out to Lần and Đừng, they are the so of the most friendliest, helpful receptionist you will meet. Thank you ladies.

Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location
Pros:

The only positives were the location, which is close to the main square, and the view from the room. Earplugs recommended.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay.
We were downgraded to a lower-category room on arrival, and despite raising the issue multiple times, no one would take responsibility. Reception directed us to the office, while the office sent us back to reception — nothing was resolved.
The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains, and during the night a cockroach actually climbed out of the snk.
Breakfast was the worst we experienced during our time in Vietnam — limited, unappealing, and very busy with large tour groups. We chose to eat elsewhere on the second morning.
Overall, not a stay we would recommend.
