Cons:

No tienen estacionamiento, tuvimos que pagar extra $500 por día. No cuentan con bellboy ni ayuda para subir 4 pisos el equipaje por escaleras. El WC no sirvió por toda una noche y parte de la mañana. Hicieron el servicio de limpieza de la habitación hasta las 4 de la tarde y cuando ya estábamos en la habitación.

Excelente opción para disfrutar del centro a pie
Pros:

Excelente atención del personal, siempre amables y serviciales. Lupita, en el restaurante, particularmente destacable.
Ubicación inmejorable a pocos pasos de la plaza principal y de la Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel.
Instalaciones bonitas, cuartos cómodos, útil espacio de coworking.

Cons:

Este cuarto en específico no tiene ventanas (otros sí), que puede ser molesto en estadías más largas. El baño tenía ciertos problemas de plomería con una pequeña fuga de agua y en ocasiones se sentía olor a desagüe, de lo cual alerté a la recepción y ofrecieron atenderlo.

Demasiada luz en el cuarto, las cortinas sumamente angostas, la vista de a un lado pésima, una casa vieja sucia toda la azotea en muy malas condiciones, creo que pueden llegar a un acuerdo con el dueño y por lo menos limpiarla

La ubicación es muy buena y el personal era amable

Cons:

no salió agua caliente al quererme duchar a las 7 am. También encontré una cucaracha en la entrada, lo cual no es muy alarmante porque se pudo haber metido de la calle.

Está ubicado a un costado de la parroquia de San Miguel y el personal fue amable.

Cons:

1. Pésima relación calidad/precio. Por el precio se puede conseguir un alojamiento de más calidad en otra parte.
2. Instalaciones descuidadas. Puertas interiores viejas y descuidadas; ducha en pésimas condiciones, la mitad del agua caliente se escurría por la llave, la coladera no tenía reja y las repisas estaban oxidadas a punto de caerse; y las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas se escuchaba todo.
3. Presencia de cucarachas en cada día de hospedaje.
4. Falta de estacionamiento y $500 MXN por día por servicio de valet parking que nunca estaba para recibir el coche.
