Pros:

The staff is very friendly and the hotel kept clean

Cons:

Wish the pool opened earlier. I do pool exercise in the morning so I need enough time to do that, shower and get breakfast before heading out. Thanks.

Good overall stay at BW but could use updates in the rooms etc.
Pros:

It was good overall. Breakfast was good- good spread of food! The room was clean and easy access to highway/shops etc. I`m not fond of hotel bathrooms/showers in general. would suggest upgrading the showers to walk in vs tube/shower curtain.

Cons:

Iron and board was not provided in room- had to ask for it- which was okay, but I thought in general the rooms have it in their closets? I do not like tub shower/curtains but it was okay. I wish hotels in general would have walk in showers vs tub showers. And or, tub in some rooms that book with kids but have options for walk in ones for just adults. Overall, is was fine, but could use some updating etc. TV also wasn`t good- the picture on the screen was a tiny corner vs full screen tv- not sure what that was about, and the remote only worked on one of the TV- there were 2 in the room. Sink also did not drain well. Toilet was good- I like the flush on most hotel toilets.

Pros:

It’s in a great location for going into Saint Michael’s

Cons:

Our room was a non-smoking room that had a very strong smoke odor. The room door was covered in fingerprints and dirty stickiness. We didn’t want to switch rooms because we had two rooms on our kids were right across the hall.

Location great and breakfast excellent

Cons:

Have stayed at this hotel before. Seems like the quality has gone down. Rooms are in disrepair. Our room was very uncomfortable temperature wise and could not get it to a good temp. There was a horrible smell like urine when you enteredthe room. Refrigerator was missing. The front porches are nice but are used as smoking areas and because of the smoking smell and extensive use by staff, can't be used by guest. The bedding was very worn and thin. Very sad to see how this hotel is going down. Loved staying here but think we need to find a new location.

Good.
Pros:

Clean, polite staff, nice breakfast

Cons:

Hot tub was out if order and dirty. Felt dated and like its starting to be less well taken care of. Price was decent but still high for what you actually get there, which is basic safe place to sleep for a night.
