Over quite good just a few small improvements.
Pros:

Suite was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Television in bedroom did not work. Room key was deactivate before checkout causing a lock out of room when returning from breakfast.

Needs updating for the price!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious.

Cons:

We started reporting that the toilet wasn’t flushing properly on Friday upon our arrival, and it still wasn’t working when we left on Sunday. We had to keep running downstairs to use the public bathroom.

The room was clean . We did have to change rooms because our first room didn’t have a tv remote but the guy at the front desk was amazing and set us up In another room .

Several issues.
Pros:

Okay, multiple things going wrong here. I had a choice of four hotels all within the same vicinity. Ended up booking this hotel which was the most expensive of the four. One of the reasons I booked it was for the pool and hot tub. Strike one, strike two, both out of order. Have laptop computers and also booked because they said they had room safes. Guess what? All the safes in the hotels I was told don't work. Next, I went to iron some pants and a shirt and the ironing board was broken. Never seen that in a hotel room before. Finally, even though I was in the highest tier room for the hotel, the ice machine was literally straight across from my door. That would be fine because I like ice and I went to get some ice but no plastic bags in the ice bucket. Keep in mind this is the bucket that people will throw up in when they are overserved. No way I'm using an ice bucket without a plastic bag. Other than that it was a great stay.

We liked the location and the breakfast

Cons:

The hot tub was down and unbelievably filthy on the inside, no smoke detector in the front room of our room 314, the microwave didnt work properly, not enough towels and we had to ask for blankets for the pull out couch, none in the room, and the phone on the jack said room 316 in room 314. The shower head was spraying water onto the bathroom floor, the bathroom door locked and didnt unlock from the inside, we had to make a makeshift key to open and let our family out. I've been here 3 years in a row, this was our 4th year and I was really disappointed. We got there Friday evening and couldn't use the pool till after 12pm on Saturday and those are some of the amenities that make it work booking.
