The room was comfortable.
The standard hotel breakfast buffet was fine except that there were no decaffeinated options--no decaf coffee, no herbal tea.
Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Rodney and Bret were very helpful..
Get rid of the ulgy checkered bed spread. Also location on the frige should not be in a closed in a cabinet, should have space for the motor to breath. Fridge is incased in heat. had a small hole in ceiling that was calked in.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to work we had it set on 64 and in never got cool
The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi!
It seemed short-staffed, though the staff working did their best to help us. I had to ask for things that should have been supplied, like more towels for a room of four, pool towels that weren't stocked, and also sheets and a blanket for the pull out sofa.
Breakfast was great. Gentlemen at front desk was great and overall a great stay.
More selection on the juices like grape, lemonade with tea
The room was very spacious. The location is great!! Very close to downtown Easton and St. Michael's. The room was clean to and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
I didn't like that I had to go home and couldn't stay longer. Other than that there was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like.
For the price, it was excellent. Breakfast was good, nothing special but nice to have for before leaving for an early morning meeting.

my room smelled like mildew. I was sick to my stomach. The staff was nice enough to switch my room and that room was a little better but it also smelled like mildew. The comforter was old and sheets were torn. This place really needs updates.

Best Western Plus location is right off Rt. 50. Convenient to several restaurants. The breakfast items had a nice selections of hot and cold foods.
Entering the hotel it feels dark and dated. There is no comfortable seating in the lobby, there's two small wing chairs. Off to the left is the dining room area with uncomfortable chairs, unleveled tables. The same lobby chairs are located on each floor.
Best Western surly can invest on refreshing the lobby and hallways. Make it feel welcoming to your guest!
Efficient. Met our needs. Granted early check in for a wedding we attended-no problem.

Good breakfast, and very clean. Love the separated bedroom and sitting area! (could close the door) Could not hear other residence. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for activities that I was attending in the area at a great price for the season.
Something that would be difficult to control....noise from airconditioner in bedroom space made it hard to sleep without earplugs. Non smoking room had an odor of a smoker.
