the front staff, they were friendly for most part
We were there for 6 days, the room was cleaned the 2nd day, we informed staff that we had to use majority of the towels to keep floor dry, shower curtain was to short causing water to get everywhere, room wasn't cleaned until we asked the day before we left, damp towels on the floor, garbage full until we made the request.
I literally can't brag enough about Ian at the Lacey, WA branch!

It was clean and staff was nice
I booked a 2 queen bed with a pull out and they said they only have a 1 queen and don't have rooms with 2 queens that they rent out. On booking.com I paid for a 2 queen (which was a bit more) but could not get a discount for the misunderstanding. I think this is more of a booking.com issue not the hotel.
