front desk guy was the best
Pros:

great place, for money and the guy a front desk who helped us get a quite room. you guys did great. kid who was front desk and when i called to ask for some more pillows. he was spot on with promptness and did a job of what i would expect from a high in hotel. we were not there long but apricated the level of service i did not expect!

Cons:

good place to stay, but anyone needing a place to crash. i think , and im not fro m this area. its a hotel that deals with a lot of kids tournament sports. upgrading to floor to keep my night quiet was easy

Appreciated the location, nice room and great breakfast.
Pros:

Great breakfast with warm options and a very present breakfast staff there to great, keep food fresh, and clean up tables.

Cons:

There were some worn elements that could use updates. Like the curtain in the room was torn with a large hole in it.

Ian at the front desk was wonderful. Great customer service. The room was clean, however the fridge and the nightstand lamp did not work. I would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay. Great value and accommodated most of our wishes. Very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Many stores and eateries within walking distance. Staff were cheerful and went out of their way to make us feel happy to be there.

Cons:

Breakfast pretty much the same every day with slight variation. Would be nice to change up especially if you are staying for more than 3 days
Would like laundry to be 24 hours considering people are traveling at all hours
