Pros:

Breakfast was good but the waiting staff were to keen to clear the table every time you left to go get food

Cons:

Bathroom toilet cistern was faulty which was a pain as it most likely didn't work or kept dribbling water after flushing

PLenty of seats for single diners and goodselection of everything you would expect from an english break fast amd more

Cons:

PG Tips are not strong enough to make a good cup of tea, 3 bags to make a decent brew.

Pros:

Free parking. Nice clean facilities. Really helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was weird. There were no teaspoons anywhere. The beans sometimes had no spoon and the coffee is awful. Get a bean coffee machine, it’s worth it. No uk channels in bedrooms.

Parking charges a rip off

Room was comfortable

Cons:

Only one towel in room for two guests, trip to reception to be told it’s a regular occurrence, but had to wait 15 mins for a towel. Very annoyed to be charged for parking. Staff at breakfast had to be told there was no milk in the coffee machine, and no juice in the orange juice dispenser. No one in charge and little proactive attendance to guests.

Cons:

Paying for parking at an out of town location where there are no alternatives and no shortage of parking space is an unnecessary bad customer experience. Just add the price to the price of the room to be transparent.

There was only one towel in the room and bathroom lighting wasn’t very bright which made shaving difficult.

Poor stay wouldn’t return hotel to remote for any alternative restaurants or pubs.

Cons:

Blocked shower drain, (reported but not fixed flooded bathroom and bedroom carpet) no phone in room. Kettle not working, Found on the second morning when wanted to make tea. Meals poor. Breakfast not hot enough at the buffet. Bed unmade. No maintenance staff at the weekend to fix faults.
Queues at bar/ restaurant insufficient staff. Meal returned as cold. TV remote not working on arrival had to remove and replace batteries to get it to work. Not a good experience. Some stuff not helpful and glum expressions giving an unhappy vibe around the place.
