The property is in a great location just outside the city centre. It is very modern, clean and the staff really were top notch.
Nothing at all, all awesome.
Superb location - this is the best aspect of this hotel and why we reqturned. Easy access to Aberdeen and surrounding countryside. Didn't use the pool and gymn facilities on this occasion but on the previous occasions these were excellenet and seem to be in much demand. Spacious room and comfortable bed.
Rooms contain little in the way of storage for clothes etc. We stayed 4 nights and had to live out of our suitcases - this was the major issue we had - just 4 coat hooks and one small drawer for storage. This is easily remedied. The food wasn't good - we ate dinner one night and that was below expectations. From past experience we chose not to have breakfast. This really does require attention. Staff were not as friendly or helpful as you might expect for a hotel of this type. Towels only for one person when the booking was for two - we had to ask for more towels. Also asked for more coat hooks but were not given any extra.

Not very personal. Like a large health club. Rooms very nondescript. All clean though. Felt it suited a younger clientele than ourselves.

We had a issue with ordering room service , so my wife went down to ask about ordering , it was a busy night and she suggests from crowd anxiety, she spoke with Marco on the front desk and himself and another lady helped my wife out , got our order placed and delivered to our room.
He and the lady went above and beyond for us and its touches like that , and good people like Marco that are a credit to your team, and hotel , also the food was stunning .
