The air conditioning in the bedrooms was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were clean, and overall it was very good value for money.
No water in bedroom for the kettle and felt like overnight guests should get free parking. The windows in our bedroom were also in need of a clean. Everything else was fine.

The gym poolside staff were not very friendly, and their communication came across as unprofessional. Their choice of words and overall attitude could be improved with additional customer service and PR training to create a more welcoming experience for members.
