Very modern and clean

Cons:

Lovely hotel but more expensive than much of the accommodation in Aberdeen. Not worth paying the extra

Did exactly what it said on the tin and I would stay there again without a second thought.
Pros:

Clean, AC room, comfy bed. Excellent breakfast, welcoming staff at reception and excellent breakfast crew, very efficient.

Nice place, poor room.
Pros:

Location good. Ample parking. Generally clean, modern and attractive hotel

Cons:

Room I was allocated was clearly undergoing some kind of remodelling and was dominated by a large empty space. Just did not feel like the premium experience I would expect. Not the end of the world to spend a night in the room - but for there to have been no explanation given at reception when being allocated the room (No 329 incidentally) was poor.

Pros:

Size of the rooms were good but basic.
Food and screens showing the sports

Cons:

No notice of the pool and jacuzzi closing!
Customer service was poor
Toilet kept running all night after being told earlier it was ok
Chef at breakfast in the morning was extremely rude to customers
Some staff very unhelpful
