Beautiful well kept gardens, lovely pool, great staff and lovely home cooked breakfasts.
Great location!
Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, mould everywhere in the bathroom, fridge and the walls behind the fridge.
I know this is a budget hotel but it wouldn't take much to fix up the bathroom to a hygienic looking bathroom and to clean the mould.

Me quedé enamorada del hotel y sobre todo de las personas que trabajan Ahí. Super centrico en area de restaurantes, cerca del museo Arma, muy comodo, y un espacio que te hace realmente sentir en bali

Hotel shows it's age gracefully. Great price, great location, good accomodation and helpful staff. Will definitely try to stay again when next in Ubud.

Service og morgenmad var super. Og en lækker stor pool med børneafsnit. Værelserne var store - pænt og rent. Den daglige rengøring var i top. Selve værelserne noget mørke og møbler mm af ældre dato. Det hele derfor noget slidt.
Tæt på det centrale Ubud. Ti min gang til monkeyforest og 20 min til mainstreet i Ubud. Masser af restauranter, butikker mm lige uden for døren

This hotel was terrible! VERY dirty and nasty, it was urin and little poop in the toilet and even on the toilet seat! It was hair in the bed and bathroom. It was spiders,ants and dust all over the room.

The staff moved us to a difrent room and it was the same!
We checked out and left!

Fantastic atmosphere outside with the garden, pool, and architecture of the buildings, very well done for that part; nice staff, too

Rooms need to be refreshed/refurbished:
- more electric plugs (need to unplug one bedside light to have one free)
- curtains on the window so that there is minimal light coming at 6am
- A/C too old, hence noisy (not mentioning the electricity blackout at 3am)
- pipe for shower far too small (and I'm not tall)
- ideally for the electricity outside, put an automated system that lights on only when somebody comes (otherwise there are tons of moths near the window at dusk)

Breakfast so-so / tasteless (would have preferred more fruits and bali coffee)
Staff forgot to bring bottles of water for 2nd day
And last, please tell the staff not to clean the floors at 6am outside, that's a little noisy
Got many many insects on the floor at 1st night; not on the 2nd (I guess they used insecticides after)

do all the improvements above and you will have tremendous sales and happy customers

wanted some time away from hectic Kuta region, this hotel was absolutely perfect for us,from the moment we opened villa door I was so happy perfect location ,10 min walk to monkey forest and great clean cheap food options 1 min away,will definately be returning for a longer stay next year.Staff fantastic and friendly, price ?? dont know how they do it.

Hôtel un peu a l écart du centre donc plus calme ç est très bien. Bel hôtel belle chambre mais salle de bain laissant à désirer

Good service, staff were friendly and could speak good English. Breakfast was fine. Hotel lobby and dining area looked nice and had a traditional feel but the room was a bit old and needed updating. The bathroom ceiling had mould and the towels look really old. Their rooms were on the ground floor so at night there were ants coming into the room I was staying in.

Super hôtel, assez proche du centre tout en étant au calme, manager très sympa, petit déjeuner très correct. Seul petit bémol le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre

Wifiが使えなかったため、ルームチェンジを依頼すると、素早い対応をしていただきました。
　小さいところだったため、レストランがもう少し機能しているとよかったかな。あと、プールの水の臭いが・・・。

Plus: I felt more relaxed here then in other hotels. Also the staff are friendly and the service good. You get your own house instead of a room in a big building.

Minus: The AC is not great and because of the style it's build in mosquitos can sometimes get in. But overall I liked this hotel a lot!

We had nice bungalow and pool close by for pleasant stay - just the bathroom could be more clean
