高CP值飯店
Pros:

性價比高，地點優勢，但如果期待3~4星級的住宿體驗，請不要有期待，畢竟這間是屬於高CP值的飯店，整體來說符合價格期待。

安心して滞在できる
Pros:

小奇麗なホテルで、受付の対応もよく、安心して滞在することができた。2週間後に同じ地域の別のアパートホテルに宿泊しましたが、ホテルとアパートと宿泊形態の違いもありますが、ホテルの安心感が全然違いました。SMモールにも徒歩で行けるので、良かったです。

Cons:

ドアの建付けがよくないのか、ドアを閉めてもしっかり閉まらず、警報音がピーピー鳴いていました。自分の部屋だけかな、と思いましたが、同じフロアの別の部屋からも音が何度も聞こえてきたので、建付けの問題なのかもしれません。
