Pros:

Great location if you are staying overnight to grab an early bus. The receptionist was very helpfull. The room and bathroom had plenty of space and were clean and comfortable. There is a small 7-11 right under the hotel.

Cons:

The only thing is that at the street was a bit noisy, for me it wasnt an issue but it could be for people that need absolute silence

Great staff, facilities were alright, seemed like it was a rush build hotel
Pros:

Staff is friendly and accommodating, place is clean, easy to get to

Cons:

Plug ins were broken, like the actual plug was loose and couldn’t even charge my phone at the bedside. There was no soundproofing at all in the door, everything in the hallway can be heard. Needs more than 2 elevators

It’s ok - I have a pre-booked stay again upcoming
Pros:

Location was great as it was walking distance to SM Cebu. The food selection at the restaurant were good and the staff were attentive.

Cons:

Checking in, I stood by the front desk for a significant time without any of the front desk staff at least acknowledging my presence. I understand if they are finishing up on some other work before attending to me but a little friendliness or communication would go a long way. The hotel also do not provide a tissue box and only the toilet roll in the dispenser which was half finished too. I will be sharing photos of the state of the mirror and the aircon.

We love it every time we stay here, also such amazing staff, and perfect location for travel around the city and SM.
Pros:

It’s perfect always satisfied when we stay here and will continue to always book here at bayfront, and SM within walking distance
