JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa

We really loved staying with Marriott. Right from being welcomed at main gate n through out everyone was so welcoming. Small gestures from the team Marriott made our stay more comfortable. We really loved the hospitality and staff being concerned about your needs. Special shout out to team at reception including Ms. Priyanka & Ms. Ria. Mention to Mr. Anas and Mr. Jay for beautiful voice and entertaining us in evening n during breakfast. Mr. Shailendra, Mr. Sachin and team from housekeeping team for making our stay more comfortable and surprising us all the time. Mr. Roshan - who was very enthusiastic for a trek and kept our daughters engaged with his life experiences. A special thank you to rest of the staff for making it most memorable trip so far. Looking forward to visit again.

Had an amazing experience at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by stunning mountain views and peaceful greenery. It’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes and wonderful presentation. A special thanks to Chef Deepak for the delicious food and for making our dining experience memorable. 👨‍🍳
The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and relaxing, making the entire stay feel truly special. Aditya and Riya were also extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the experience, adding a personal touch to our visit.

I am writing to share our wonderful experience at your property and to bring special attention to Priyanka at the Front Desk. Priyanka went completely above and beyond to make it memorable. Upon learning it was our first visit, she immediately took the time to ensure we were fully aware of all the amenities and activities the hotel offers.She reached out to us several times during our short stay just to check in and make sure we were having a great time. Her hospitality was truly remarkable throughout our trip
Shailendra from housekeeping provided exceptional service during our stay, ensuring our ultimate comfort and surprising us with a special birthday room decoration that made the celebration truly special. His team kept the room exceptionally clean and comfortable throughout our visit and provided warm hospitality
Also, We want to send a huge thank you to Chef Shiv for making our meals so special. He went out of his way to make sure we tried the absolute best local cuisines at the buffet. Cooking a few special dishes just for us showed a level of care and passion that we rarely see. We left every meal feeling happy, fully satisfied, and deeply cared for. Thank you, Chef Shiv, for your amazing food and warm heart!"

We stayed at the JW Marriott over the weekend and it lived up to our expectations. The welcome drink was a refreshing mix of hot and cold options served in glasses that resembled hills. We were upgraded to valley view rooms with interconnecting suites and breathtaking views. The property is vast and immaculately maintained, with friendly staff. The Den was a highlight, especially for its bowling and kids’ activities. Breakfast and kachadi were delicious, though the activities could be improved. The temple walk was cancelled due to rain and the garden walk was deserted. Despite this, we’ll definitely return.

Best hospitality, felt at home, the ground staff, the chefs, housekeeping, room service—what can I say? 10/10 or 100/100.

I have promised them next year monsoon we will come not as a couple but will bring my entire family.

I know each and every member of this resort to start with Priyanka, Kashmira, Ati, Mejen, Chef Deepak, Chef Vikesh, Chef Anil. Well, I can keep writing but won’t finish.

Please go and visit for them as Marriott runs on good discipline and they are the ones on their toes for us. The real heroes.

A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team for taking such good care of our room throughout our stay. Their professionalism and dedication were greatly appreciated.
