The experience was great, the staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Shailendra Singh did a great job maintaining our rooms and the little perks were great. The food was brilliant and would recommend everyone to stay here.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and I must admit this is one of the most amazing resort places in India. The staff is courteous. They also arranged for special requests on celebrations. One particular highlight was how the guest relations team Savleen decorated the room with personalized messages for my wife. That was above and beyond.
A dimmer for our stay was falling sick which I would attribute to the stream breakfast, the staff didn't inform us about its intensity.
But that aside, this is one of the most recommended places to stay and relax. Breathtaking views from the room. Pleasant atmosphere in June. 10/10

A very special thanks to Ms. Sakshi Gaur, the Guest Relations Manager, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. She ensured that every aspect of our stay was seamless—from the beautiful surprise birthday décor in our room to the delicious cakes and every little request we made throughout the day. No matter the time, everything we needed was arranged promptly with a smile. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.
We would also like to sincerely appreciate Mr. Ashish and Ms. Aparna at JW Café. Their exceptional hospitality during our dinner and breakfast made every meal a delightful experience. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and personalized service made us feel incredibly special.
It is rare to come across a team that delivers luxury with such heartfelt care. JW Marriott Mussoorie didn't just host our stay—they created memories that our family will cherish forever. Awesome location , wonderful experience.Walking around the property was serene and peaceful .The entire staff including mister Shailendra singh were welcoming and sweet .The rooms were very clean and the views were great. It had all the amenities possible . The stay was definitely worth the price. Must visit place !!!!

Great place and location. Clean room, good food, good hospitality and great staff. Mr. Shailendra Singh who looks after the housekeeping personally overlooked the housekeeping services and checked with me during the entire stay. Ms. Sableen ensured that all the requirements related to stay and food were in order and managed well.

Such a beautiful property and such a lovely experience overall. A special thank you to Sakshi Gaur and the recreational team for making our stay so memorable. Sakshi was incredibly warm and helpful throughout, and the team made sure every little detail was taken care of. Their effort really made our anniversary and the whole trip feel extra special.

I come here every year because it is an amazing property and even better is there hospitality which makes this property even more amazing...especially the house keeping manager Shailendra singh and Roon boy Amandeep and every other staff in all the restaurants and the utility areas everyone is very cooperative...It would give it a 6 star out of 5 because it is always better than our expectations

Thank You to the entire team for ensuring a comfortable stay at the property. Service was great at every step from smooth check in to timely attending to the requests and attention to detail at every step and amazing hospitality at all the restaurants. Loved the concept of 'Pahadi moms' being employed to prepare local delicacies to be savoured by the guests at all meals. The chef's at all restaurants personally interacted with us to get direct feedback regarding the food and service. Their personal recommendations for trying out local delicacies and different types of food enhanced the overall experience. Special thanks to chef's Mr. Shiv Sajwan and Mr. Shiv Singh at Trout, Mr. Amit at Tepan, Mr. Vikesh Rathore at Wisteria and Mr. Deepak at JW Cafe. Their recommendations were great at all times and the food prepared was always fresh as well as delicious. Mr. Shiv Sajwan at Trout made us try the signature local delicacy Jangore ki Kheer and Mr. Vikesh Rathore at Wisteria specially prepared the vegetarian version of red rice risotto for us so that we could savour local delicacy of red rice in the form of risotto. Mr. Amit at Tepan customised the sushi order for us by giving 4 pieces each of 2 different flavours of Sushis instead of 8pieces of 1 single flavour, so that we could try both of them. Special mention to Gehat ki Dal, Makai ka Shorba, Bhuna Palak ka saag and Jhangore ki Kheer prepared by the chef's at Trout; Farm fresh pizza, Millet base pizza, Dolce toffee pasta, Arancini and red rice risotto at Wisteria; Sushis and Gyozo and Tepan; Swala and Gehat ki Dal ke parathe at JW Cafe. Thank you to Mr. Prince at Wisteria and Trout and Ms. Taranjeet at Tepan for their wonderful service and hospitality. Thanks to Ms. Richa at the recreation team for organising the JW Garden Walk and making the walk a memorable experience by explaining all the aspects in detail and ensuring an engaging guest experience. Thanks to Mr. Abhinav Joshi at the recreation desk for assisting with recreation activities at the hotel and organising the Sainik Corn Village Tour at our request. The tour was well arranged and well guided by Mr. Ravi Sharma who ensured we have an amazing and memorable experience. Mr. Ravi spent good amount of time in guiding us through the tour and explained all aspects with great detail, making the experience truly worth it. The driver Mr. Sumer ensured a comfortable ride for us with his great driving skill.

Some places have beautiful views, but this place has a soul. From the gorgeous ambience to the absolute finest hospitality, the staff here didn’t just serve, they cared.

Extra love to the amazing team: Chef Shiv, Chef Deepak, Chef Deepak from Teppan, Jyoti, Simran, Ekta, Annas ji’s voice is beyond magical and Ajay ji’s music on the grand piano was just the best.

The team made us feel like we were at home. ❤️

This is our second time and property is wonderful and the service with food and room service both are excellent. Deepak From cafe has the best recommendations . Mr Shailendra and Vijay from room service took excellent care of us making our stay most comfortable.
