Perfect non pretentious family stay with big rooms for everyone. Walking distance to CBD.
Pros:

From the moment we walked in, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The family room was bigger than what photos depicted. Perfect. Great view over the front of the property and not into a car park. Definitely recommend!!

Cons:

Nothing too major but perhaps some TLC needed. Old plaster plugs left in walls. Old appliances. Some updating perhaps. But on the same token it was very clean. It has everything that a family stay should need. Lots of beds. Big bathroom. Kitchen with everything.

Pros:

Bed and bathroom were clean.
Heating worked.
Microwave worked.
There was shampoo, body wash and a shower cap.
We couldn't hear hotel noise from our room.
Convenient location.
Available parking.

Cons:

The pillows were flat. It would be nice to have an option of a thicker one.
There were crumbs in the kitchen cupboards and drawers.
The stove top wasn't user friendly, being so close to the rangehood.
There were no tongs or big knife.
There was no conditioner.
The bed was too soft.

Excellent. Staff turned heater on prior to our arrival at night. Plenty of parking, great kitchen, walk in shower.
