Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Temperatur im Zimmer richtig einzustellen war schwierig. Es war von Anfang an viel zu heiß. Die Lüftungen rund um das Hotel herum waren sehr laut. Auch im Frühstücksraum war es laut durch die Lüftung.

TOP Haus mit außergewöhnlichen Mitarbeitern
Pros:

100% ÜBERAUS freundliche, zuvorkommende, ganz offensichtlich gut geschulte Mitarbeiter:innen, Top Service, traumhafter Meerblick, gute Lage um überall zu Fuß hin zu gelangen, großes, top ausgestattetes Gym.

Cons:

Wenn es etwas gäbe, wäre es das Frühstück an unserem zweiten Tag: am ersten Tag war es überaus reichhaltig und erfüllte jegliche Wünsche und darüber hinaus. Am zweiten Tag gab es plötzlich nicht mal die Hälfte vom Vortag, v.a. nichts Warmes. Da wir uns die ganze Zeit (ab kurz vor 9 Uhr) alleine im Frühstücksraum befanden, gingen wir davon aus, dass sich zu dem Zeitpunkt sehr wenig Gäste im Haus aufhielten und sich ein großes Frühstücksaufgebot für ein paar Leute nicht lohnt wofür wir absolutes Verständnis haben, zumal wirklich immer noch genügend Auswahl herrschte. Blöd war dann nur, dass die Kaffeemaschine auch nicht in Betrieb genommen wurde und weit und breit niemand anwesend war, der uns einen Frühstückskaffee organisieren konnte. Erst als eine Mitarbeiterin aus der Küche durch das Haus lief um jemanden zu finden, kam dann auch jemand. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen weil wir es für ein TOP-Haus mit ganz tollen Mitarbeitern halten!

Pros:

Schöne Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang, in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum, schöne Anbindung zum Fußweg nach Lovran, gute Gastronomie. Frühstück war am zweiten Tag etwas bescheiden, wohl auch der überschaubaren Gästeanzahl in dieser Jahreszeit geschuldet. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht.

Super Lage - schönes Hotel! Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem an der Rezeption.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Super Lage, direkt am Meer und trotzdem mitten in Opatija. Alles sehr sauber. Parkgarage. Pool (gratis) und Wellnessbereich (extra zu zahlen) im Nachbarhotel kann man mitbenutzen

Cons:

Der einzige Minuspunkt: Wenn man zum Frühstück heiße Schokolade oder einen koffeinfreien Kaffee möchte, dann muss man extra zahlen - diese Getränke sind nicht im Frühstück inkludiert, was mich doch etwas verwundert hat. Vielleicht liegt es auch daran, dass wir Ende Oktober dort waren und kaum mehr Gäste im Hotel waren.
