Pros:

It was ok. Lovely lady who showed us to our room

Cons:

Breakfast was shambolic. Complaint after complaint. Waited ages to order and receive food. Staff were clueless

Bedroom covered in dust
Pros:

The people working there are lovely.

Cons:

The bedroom was extremly dusty and you could feel it when breathing. The bed lights didn’t work. The bathroom wasn’t properly clean. The breakfast was very poor quality.

Nice stay very near to town center
Pros:

Spacious flat
Great beds
Close to town center
Parking space costs 29 pounds/day but 20 pound of it can be spent in their café. We took english breakfast for 5 on the day of departure.
On the day of departure the car can stay till 1 pm while check out is 11 am. We were allowed a late check out at 1 pm so that we could still visit town in the morning and leave our luggage in the appartment till 1 pm.

Cons:

No warm water for 5 people to shower (at least not in the evening).
A amount of 150 pounds is asked at check in for the parking and what you eventually might spend in the café during your stay. The rest is refunded on check out. Booking did not mention this.

Great location
Pros:

Room was good size and the location was great

Cons:

Parking wasnt great, on the side of the property, no in a car park just against the property itself.
Breakfast wasnt available early enough for me so I cant comment on tbe food.

Great place to spend 3 nights, excellent and quiet for sleeping and a beautiful walk into Oxford.
Pros:

The hotel is in a lovely quiet residential area. The rooms were comfortable and easy to relax in. The staff was friendly and did their very best to help us with things we needed.

Cons:

The ventilation in the bathrooms was weak, so it could be humid at times. This isn't a luxury hotel but that's what we liked about it. Walls and wires were older and weird, but didn't affect our stay at all. It is charming in a residential kind of way.

Amazing location, parking available, v helpful staff, had all kitchen utensils etc, beds comfy

Cons:

No hot water on first night, tv not working, radiator value broken, plug socket hanging off wall, several window latches broken

Pros:

Gutes kostenpflichtiges Frühstück. Nette Leute. Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Die Betten waren schmutzig, die Wohnung war nicht gut geputzt, alles machte einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Das warme Wasser in der Dusche hat nur gelegentlich funktioniert. Es war im April kalt in der Wohnung, die Heizung im Schlafzimmer war nicht regelbar. Wir haben nachts gefroren.

Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and the dining room was cute . Really easy walk to centre of Oxford

Cons:

The bath didn’t operate like a bath even though it looked like one in the picture, could only do a shower. Had to walk across to another building for reception/breakfast.

Pros:

La zona és molt tranquil·la, però s'hi arriba fàcilment i es prop del riu per a fer passejades. Els llits eren prou grans i còmodes, i l'esmorzar estava prou bé. Les persones amb qui vam tractar eren molt amables i tenien moltes ganes d'ajudar.
