Great location and a relatively cheap stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Historic building and area. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was adequate size and bed comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel is very tired and in need of updating. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Replenishment of coffee in the rooms for instance , very haphazard. Our friends’ room was not cleaned and the bed left unmade one day.
Breakfast was mediocre and with few residents the cereals, muesli especially, was stale.

Rien l'hôtel était inaccessible (apparemment en travaux). J'ai reçu un mail 2h avant d'arriver.
J'ai donc du en catastrophe trouver un autre hôtel. Vous avez été prévenu par l'hôtel ??

Cons:

Tres mauvaise expérience J'aimerais un geste de votre part.

Was not able to stay at hotel since it was shuttered.
Cons:

Upon arrival I discovered that hotel had apparently been shuttered since January 2026 and I had to find alternate accommodations elsewhere. I was never advised of closure and, in fact, was apparently charged by Booking.com for stay. I expect a full refund.

Pros:

It was clean and comfortable; the staff were friendly and efficient and its location is very close to the train station.

Cons:

We didn’t have hot water in our room and the staff were alerted to that, but it wasn’t fixed in our two-day stay.

Agréable nuit dans un charmant hotel au coeur d'Amiens
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, bien situé proche de la gare, dans la rue principale à proximité de la cathédrale et des commerces. En plus de l'accueil très sympathique, la chambre est bien, propre et relativement satineuse pour une chambre standard. Merci au personnel d'être si agréable, un vrai plaisir !

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très peu cher mais pas terrible, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix et très peu de place a table. Un monsieur à été obligé de prendre son petit déjeuner à la table d'un autre dû a ce manque de place, je trouve ca un peu étrange mais de grâce, ce n'était pas à nous de déjeuner avec un inconnu ! (après on peut tout à fait le voir comme une agréable rencontre du matin, histoire d'échanger avec les autres, mais je ne suis pas trop de cet avis). Nous avions aussi demandé à plusieurs reprises s'il était possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres de notre chambre, celle ci ne possédant pas de poignés mais personne n'est venu. Ce n'est évidement pas grave et reste un détail, mais un détail notable.

Pros:

Das Zmmer war schön altmodisch aber sehr angenehm. Ich hatte das Hotelzimmer auch wegen des Flairs ausgesucht. Personal war sehr freundlich und Frühstück war okay. Lage ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und mitten in der Fussgängerzone

Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé. Une très bonne adresse pour passer quelques jours à Amiens.
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel de l’hôtel était très agréable.
Plusieurs restaurants sont à proximité et ont été conseillés par l’hôtel.
