Pros:

Room was nice,clean & beautiful
Hotel situation very good on the beach.
Swimming pool little faraway but nice
Breakfast was not so good.
Instant coffee in paper cup, no fresh milk and Juice in plastic mug.
This kind of hotel price group it is not

Shame because hotel staff had warm and welcoming service attitude and everything else was so good

Total mis-representation of reality
Pros:

We spent 30 days touring Thailand and our stay at this hotel was the worst experience we had. The description of the hotel is very misleading. It does NOT have a coffee shop and does NOT offer breakfast. It does NOT have a garden. We booked a "beachfront" room but the beach is located across a busy road, 3-deep car parking and past a long line of beach vendors before you get to the beach. The"24 hour reception" is actually a desk on the street, next to the Toilet desk which supplements the hotel's income by charging tourists for using the hotel's toilets. You have to walk past these toilets to get to the guest rooms. This place is NOT a resort - we stayed in better guest houses!

Pros:

Great location. Nice room and very clean. Staff knows little English so not helpful when you have a need for info.
