Friendly staff, and clean facility
Hotel was over all very Clean/ smelled good . Spacious Room-nice fresh clean bedding ... loved the patio area and gas fire fits..The staff were all so friendly and accommodating.. will definitely be a go to place for us when we need a place to stay in Wichita .
Hot tub was small and very cloudy/dirty
Complimentary breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs/sausage/biscuit & gravy/Waffle/Oatmeal juice. A legitimate breakfast. Not 'Continental' garbage.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast area was small and overcrowded, but maybe due to the hotel being pretty full. The snacks in the lobby were a nice touch.
It would be great if the pool was open later than 9. It was too crowded to enjoy.

Friendly and helful front desk staff. The breakfast was really very good and loved the coffee.
We love staying here when we are flying in or out of ICT. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has always been clean and comfortable.
Pet friendly
Room more spacious than I thought
The first room we were in the whole floor around the window was soaking wet. When i went down to talk to the staff, he said so you're just letting us know or did you want to change rooms. To assume we'd want to stay in a room with the floor soaking wet is ridiculous. Also they promote having a fire pit but when we asked about it they didnt have a propane tank to run it and just said well sorry. The room and beds were decent however we were in a suite and there's only one tv and you can only see it from one bed, not from the bed closest to the window or from the sitting area.
