Nice vibe, but too expensive for what it is
Pros:

The vibe , the Location, the coffee, the nice inner Courtyeard in the Morning, and Bar/Lobby in the evening

Cons:

The Room was extremely small (bed 1.40m!). You could look from the bed into the shower and the toilets. Since we were two friends travelling this was quite akward. The window oberlooked a trash place on the other side of the hotel. Overall the room was not worth the money. Spending over 100 eur per night for this (without breakfast!) is not worth its

The general feeling of the hotel was very relaxed and welcoming. The staff were all lovely and happy to help.

The location is amazing, the vibe is great and the staff were so lovely!

Cons:

It could be a little noisey at times but its a vibey hotel in Berlin so to be expected.

No air con but they do give you fans.

Die perfekte Unterkunft nach dem Konzert in der Uber Arena – zentral gelegen, mit sehr freundlichem
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen Berlins und war für uns die perfekte Unterkunft nach einem Konzert in der Uber Arena.

Cons:

Bei der tropischen Nacht waren die vorhandenen Ventilatoren nur bedingt ausreichend. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Felt claustrophobic and unsafe.
Pros:

Staff was good , they helped me where ever they could.

Cons:

No intercom , or calling bell to contact reception. No air conditioning, floor of the property is dated cement floor neither carpet nor wooden . , whole property was smelling like pungent rosemary that smell give me headache. Very dim light in hall way and narrow hallways with zero ventilation I felt extremely claustrophobic.. bathroom very small . They charge 4 star hotel price but facilities weee like 1 star .

Personal sehr freundlich, allg. Lage des Hotels gut. Je nach Zimmer direkt eine Mülldeponie davor.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist an einer eigentlich perfekten Lage. Sehr zentral und gut an den ÖV's angebunden. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und auch der Frühstücksbereich sehr einladend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Direkt hinter dem Hotel ist eine Mülldeponie, welche um 07:00 Uhr früh mit Bagger beginnt zu Arbeiten. Der Lärm ist unüberhörbar und es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man vom Hotelpersonal darauf aufmerksam gemacht wird. Sie haben sich entschuldigt, aber auch gesagt "das ist in Berlin halt so". Ich verstehe, dass Menschen arbeiten und bin auch dankbar für die ArbeiterInnen die Berlin versuchen sauber zu halten. Aber leider kann man maximal bis 07:00 schlafen, danach beginnt der Lärm
