The location was convenient to restaurants, Costco gas and freeway. The room was clean and comfortable, nice facilities including an outdoor pool and basketball court. Good breakfast. Friendly staff and free cookies when we arrived.
The bed wasn’t comfortable and noisy if a person moved.
Vince was very helpful at the front desk. He made everything so much less stressful.
Location was good with many food options on the same street. Security guard at night made us feel safe and he was very friendly and kind. Outdoor grilling area was a nice bonus. Treasure chest in lobby for the kids was cool.
The laundry facilities were out of service but then somehow were back in service but staff continued to tell us they were not working. Staff was rude when I called to ask for more towels, a blanket, and a pillow for the 4 persons that were on the booking (room only had 3). The common areas were not kept clean. The room itself was ok. Sofa bed was horrible. Sofa cushions stained. Sheet were stiff and scratchy. Shower head was extremely high pressure with no setting to decrease. Breakfast was poor. Very limited options. Spa was closed the entirety of our stay. The fact that parking was charged but sister hilton property next door with same lot was free, is absurd. room price was too high for quality of the place. The picture online make it look way nicer ad more upscale than the reality. Felt like a disappointment since I was willing to pay a little more for what i thought was going to be higher quality.
The staff was awesome and very nice to us and made sure we were comfortable.
The room was kinda outdated and dirty and no one came to clean clean it while we were there. Also nothing worked right in our room.

I rate this hotel "Exceptional" because of cleanliness, the staff, and amenities. I had my Hilton Honors membership card with me so check in was smooth and was handled by Vayola and Erika, who are my first contact staff. They really made me feel welcome and even put me in a great suite prior to check in time which I totally appreciated. The surroundings of this property are maintained well, and everything is orderly. Vince, who was at the check in counter early this morning, was friendly and informed me about the pool hours and told me if I want to go for a swim to pick up my towel at his counter. The pool area is nice and jacuzzi as well. The room itself is very clean and comfortable, with a kitchen and separate shower and sink area. There is a lot of seating room, and the King bed of course is fantastic, for sure. Excellent television and free WiFi included. I really enjoyed the peace and serenity of this stay, and very much appreciate their helpful staff.
Everything was clean and staff was great and very helpful
We went during Coachella Festival weekend, partying was going on all hours of the night. People being loud in the hallways crazy drunk. I went to front desk in the morning because our phone in the room was not working and they said they were taking care of the issue.
