My daughter slept on the pull out bed and looks like she was bitten by bedbugs or fleas. My son pulled the sitting on the chair in the front room and looks to be bitten on his legs

Unexpected parking charges made for a disappointing stay
Pros:

Breakfast options were standard. Location was good.

Cons:

The property charges $20 per night for parking. This is outrageous. This should be shown prominently when the total charges are shown before payment. This was buried in the fine print and it is pretty hard to spot the parking fee in the details. Scamming gullible guests by charging extra for parking is simply unacceptable.

Pros:

loved the hotel. It's in a very quiet area, and from the moment you enter the lobby, you can tell the hotel is very clean. The room I had was very clean and presentable, and I was very grateful to Jacob at the front desk; his service was attentive and exceeded expectations. The agent who checked me out was also very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
