Suitable for a short stay
Pros:

Perfect for a short stay.
Spacious apartment

Cons:

The apartment is dated but we expected that based on price. The location is about 800m from a patrolled beach (north kirra) . Easy to drive to Greenmount or Coolangatta.

We stayed as we had a wedding at Coolangatta/Tweed heads, so were hardly in the apartment.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Comfortable and clean apartment in a well maintained block with enough space for our family for 4 adults for our 8 night stay. Also has secure underground parking. Apartment is a convenient location for the event we were attending at North Kirra. Walking distance to Coolangatta Airport.

Cons:

The apartment could benefit from some general maintenance. The oven was dirty, and some of the frypans, saucepans etc were well used and could be replaced. Bedrooms were a bit hot as they only have fans, the A/C is only in the lounge room. There are no shelves or drawers in the wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom making it difficult to unpack for our 8 night stay. Need to drive to supermarket, shops, restaurants etc as there is nothing close by.

Pros:

The customer service was excellent. My wife accidentally left her phone in the apartment when we checked out, and we received a call within half an hour to let us know so we could return and collect it. We really appreciated how proactive and helpful the team was.

A good choice close to airport.
Pros:

Great location, spacious apartment, comfortable beds and nice bedding, good gated underground parking , excellent TV, reasonably equipped kitchen, reasonable air conditioning, swimming pool and lovely gardens, friendly staff, on a bus route, one good coffee shop nearby, beach very close

Cons:

Some road and airport noise, third floor, no convenience stores nearby.

Pacific Place Apartments are well positioned for a relaxing stay by the beach. The appartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our short excape away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life.
