Très bon hôtel bien placé
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé au plus proche du quartier des 36 corporations dans une rue calme.
Accueil chaleureux.
Chambre propre et agréable
Petit déjeuner ( buffet) très bien fourni .
Rooftop fort sympathique.

Gentillesse de nous avoir gardé nos sacs de voyage le jour où nous avons rendu la chambre.
Nous recommandons vivement !

Great stay – friendly staff, clean hotel, and amazing sky bar!
Pros:

I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway. The gym is small but more than enough for a holiday workout. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. The sky bar is a highlight – great views and excellent service. They also left me a small gift upon checkout, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

My best stay in a week long vacation in Vietnam. Would return in a hearthbeat
Pros:

There are so many things to like about this place. 1) Customer service was great - reached out before my trip to help me plan my trip and to confirm my stay and transport arrangements. 2) Room was clean and fairly spacious 3) Bathroom was clean with glass door separating the shower. 3) The bed was super comfortable 4) The air cond was clean and powerful 5) There is a lift in the hotel! 6) Breakfast was fabuluous for the price it charges 7) Staff was extremely helpful and friendly 8) Rooftop bar had great views and a good spot to launch my drone

Cons:

Rooftop bar could have included a live band. Rather dead for the 3 nights we were there. Gorgeous views made up for it and cool windy breeze made it pleasant in April.

Great location and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location, close to the lake but tucked away on a quieter street. The staff were extremely helpful and good communicators. Good facilities including rooftop bar.

Très bon établissement pour un court séjour
Pros:

Le rapport qualité prix, le rooftop, la localisation, la chambre avec fenetre et la qualité du service par le personnel de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Nous avions une serviette avec des taches très douteuses mais sinon RAS

Pros:

Die Straße, in der ds Hotel liegt, war sehr ruhig und wenig Verkehr, da am Freitag und Wochenende die Innenstadt als Fußgängerzone vom Straßenverkehr abgeriegelt ist. Das Frühstück ist im oberen Geschoss und somit hat man einen schönen Blick über die Stadt.

One night stopover
Pros:

The staff were friendly. The room was decent and clean. The breakfast buffet was basic but sufficient. The location was good.

Cons:

The restaurant appeared to be closed on the one night we stayed there - the lights were out and no staff around.
The stair well was used as storage space.

Good option in a more quieter area near the lake
Pros:

The location of the hotel is situated in a trendy alley that has some cozy places to drink and eat. The area feels less busy. It’s a small 1 minute walk to the lake.

The room was spacious compared to other old quarter hotels in the area. The room was comfortable. Airconditioning was working well.

We booked the room last minute on the same day as check in. The staff did their very best to help us into our room fast. That was much appreciated.

Breakfast was OK and had enough options available. Eggs can be ordered in various styles.
The breakfast room has a stunning view of the lake temple, which can be viewed from the skybar as well.
