Pros:

Deres standardværelser er meget under standard. Det er slidt og beskidt.
Efter opgradering til deluxe var det ok. Servicen var middel og ikke særlig fleksible.

Quiet location, great mountain views
Pros:

Many of the rooms have mountain views which I would recommend. All have a balcony and there is a nice garden area in the centre of the complex. The location is a little distance from the main tourist strip with most of the bars and restaurants but easily walkable and contributes to the peaceful atmosphere.
There is also a rooftop balcony which gives a stunning panorama of the Annapurna range and a wonderful sunrise.
Breakfast is buffet style and offers a good selection.
Staff excellent and very helpful
Overall very good value and would recommend .

good hotel no eletricity.
Pros:

it was good and all but the hotel did not have eletricity and that was a big no no. we could not charge our phones, its very hot in room and ect.

Very happy returning guest
Pros:

I have stayed at Lakeside Retreat 6 times over a two month period. Each time I am warmly welcomed and my room has provided all the comforts I need. The hotel grounds are beautiful, it is quietly set back from the road, and the staff go out of their way to make my visits comfortable. I couldn't ask for more.
