Pros:

ディズニーリゾートへのアクセス良好で、フロントの方が朝早くならバスが良いことも丁寧に教えて頂きました。
今回は急遽泊まりを決めて使えなかったのですが流しも広く、IHもあるのが良かったです。

また利用したいです！
Pros:

部屋が綺麗なのはもちろんトリートメントやシャンプーがDHCですごく良かったです。ディズニー目的でしたがバス停が近くて便利でした。スタッフさんも詳しく説明してくれました。あと近くにコンビニもあるのいいですね。

Cons:

新浦安駅から地味に遠くて荷物も多く子供も居たのでタクシー利用しました。でも体力があれば歩けない距離ではないです。

料金が良心的。

前回より、微妙、、、。
Pros:

宿代を抑えたい人には良いです！
新浦安駅から徒歩圏内で、近くにバーミヤン、セブンイレブンがある

Cons:

多分、1Kのマンションを改装したのか、Theマンションって感じです。
あと、枕元にコンセント無いしユニットバス内にもコンセントが無いので、かなり不便です。ユニットバス内もかなり狭いので女性の方にはあまりおすすめできないです。
簡易冷蔵庫もガタついていて、開ける際扉が落ちそうでした。

とても助かりました。
Pros:

コスパが良かった。静かでコンビニが近くにあり、無料シャトルバスに乗れた事。スムーズにチェックインでき、部屋が綺麗だった事。
保湿、空気清浄機のお陰で快適に眠れました。ディズニー後の臭すぎる靴に消臭スプレーがありがたかったです。DHCのアメニティも助かりました。素泊まりで快適に眠りたいだけの人にお勧めです。部屋も清潔な新しいマンション風でした。

無料シャトルバスを頼りにしてはいけない点。

ありがたい事にシャトルバスはなんとかギリギリ乗れましたが、ほとんとの人がディズニー帰りで、舞浜C3のバス停がごった返しで乗り場があやふや、その場にいた人達がなんとなくで作った列であふれていて、非常に分かりにくかったです。1回目は逃し、次でなんとか乗れましたが、車内は大混雑で小さい子供が限界を迎えて泣き出したので、ディズニー帰りの混雑を甘く見ていた私の考えが行き足りていなかったと思いました。そして意外と乗車時間が長い…道路が混んでいたと思います。対して朝のシャトルバスにも乗せてもらいましたが、スムーズで快適でした。
あくまでも子連れのディズニー帰りの親子目線での意見です。
