I received a call to my room at midnight requesting immediate payment for the parking fee—something that should have been clearly communicated at check-in. Although I politely asked to settle the charge first thing in the morning, my request was refused and I was asked to come to the front desk right away. This unnecessary interruption disturbed my sleep and negatively affected my overall experience.
