Pros:

- Staff are amazing , special thanks to Mr Mohamed (night shift) and miss zahraa and all of the staff ...
- very very good location
- nice cafeteria there
- room size is very good and for families it is very recommended .

Cons:

- some details need to be improved , room doors must be sound proov, the floor need to renovation
- TV ... It is the whole Lebanon note ... All hotels must set a new version tvs ... TV model belongs to the 2010-2015 max ...
- the only inconvenience is the sound coming from the street, no any sound prove

Great location, very nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff , they upgraded my room for 1 night and although I extended my stay they were kind enough to let me stay in the same room. Thank you for your hospitality i had a great stay.
