Pros:

Séjour convenable mais baignoire très haute. Il est indiqué une plage très proche : elle est a 20 minutes au moins à pied.

Pros:

I stayed 6 nights, room was cleaned only one time. Had to ask for water, breakfast was supposed to be included but I never saw any breakfast. View from room from one window looks at a pond with runoff water from a bunch of buildings draining into it day and night.
Ive been in Thailand for 4 months in the last year, its a fantastic place with wonderful people but I would not return here.

Khaolak Boutique Heritage Hotel
Pros:

Good hotel with friendly staff but a bit out of the way along main road so required taxi (150 baht) to go to beach, restaurants and other sights.
