It was pet friendly and super cheap.
Oh where to start. Carpets outside the room were wet from a water leak that has not been addressed. Room while clean had a musty smell and the floor was damp. Apparently we had 6 legged guests already in the room. Shower knob came out of wall and moved around while attempting to turn it on. There was no coffee maker or iron. Bed was so uncomfortable. I felt every spring inside. Huge unsavory element of guests at the property.

When I made the reservation through Booking.com -- It was for a smoking room. Which was a choice but when I got my room. It wasn't a smoking room. So, does the hotel actually have smoking rooms? If not, then Booking.com needs to change their website.
That I didn't get the smoking room I requested. Also, when I got checked - in the luggage cart was not present. I checked every floor and told the front desk. They should have found it for me. Luckily I was on the first floor but I still had to make more than 3 trips to get my personal belongings to my room.

The location was pretty good . The parking area is very well lit… During the day.
What could’ve been better you ask?… Basically everything I mean I wasn’t going to write a review, but you asked. I can’t think of a single good thing to say other than most of the employees were very friendly. Other than that, it was not a pleasant place to stay. My non-smoking room had cigarette burns in the blankets. The door key had to be reprogrammed almost daily.
The elevator and the halls were very dirty and smelled pretty bad. I can go on and on, but you get the idea.
It had real bad roaches n bed bugs front desk guy was very rude to us ill never stay there again couldn’t even bring our cloths n scared a bug would get into them
Receptionist was nice.
Reception dirty. Elevator dirty and stinky. Hallway was dirty and stinky. Room was smelly. It was noisy. Unfortunately, we booked the in emergency and ended up paying around $100. No complementary water or breakfast.

It smells absolutely disgusting through the entire hotel like cigarettes and just a$$ basically the room even stunk which made it unbearable.
Another home away from home! The staff- environment - ammenities- everything you would ever need for an actual home conveniently placed right here!
I cannot recall anything I didnt like.
