Pros:

Food and service were exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful. Overall we found the hotel excellent and will use again when visiting Sheringham.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed with the early bar closure on Sunday as unable to walk very far due to disability.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location.
Pros:

Quiet location near to waterfront. Hotel was spotless clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. A very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room was a little small for the size of bed. The un-suite was on the compact side as well.

Best in Norfolk.
Pros:

Sublime as always. First time staying again since the change of ownership - and if anything I think it's even better. Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. Comfortable beds, an actual bath which is luxurious, very attentive staff and beautiful food. What more does anyone need?

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Far to expensive and no flexibility of owners knowing we all were attending a show locally and returning to hotel until

Clean and well appointed

Cons:

Too expensive and breakfast too expensive. Room very small. Twin and wanted double. No hairdryer and no tissues. All amenities closed down at 10 pm.

Very enjoyable and would stay again.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast really delicious and lovely to have everything freshly cooked and locally sourced. Lovely touch with the BB motif on the crockery. Very interesting to have the history of the building in the welcome pack in the room.
