Staff and location absolutely phenomenal, however smell and cleanliness could be improved
Pros:

I liked the breakfast, it had safe options for everyone and was open for a good time. The staff were absolutely exceptional, so friendly and polite, always willing to help you.

Cons:

The rooms do have a slight smell, when reading the reviews many said it smelt like mould, I think the room did smell damp and slightly mouldy due to the wet conditions of the air, even my sheets felt slightly damp on the first night. The pillows and sheets also smelled of wet which was unpleasant to sleep on.

The staff were excellent. Always a friendly smile and there when you needed them

Cons:

The hotel was a little out of the way. At the end of a long dead end street which had no lighting when walking it at night. Mosquito's were also a problem.

Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was ideal—far enough from the main road to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop pool, both of which offered a lovely open-air atmosphere.

Cons:

One area for improvement would be the shower, as the water did not get very hot and the water pressure was somewhat weak.

Pros:

Our family recently stayed at de Vins Sky Hotel Seminyak, and what an incredible experience it was. We travel quite a bit, but this was one of those rare stays where everything simply came together perfectly.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their kindness made us feel at home from day one. The team truly embodies the famous Balinese spirit of hospitality.

We stayed in the Whirlpool Suite, and it was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The whirlpool quickly became the highlight of the stay for our children. I am fairly certain they would have happily spent the entire holiday in it if we had let them! Seeing them so happy and excited made the experience even more special for us as parents.

The breakfast was exceptional. Every morning offered a wonderful variety of local and international dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, eggs cooked to order, excellent coffee and plenty of options for the whole family. Breakfast never felt repetitive and became one of our favourite parts of the day.

The ambience throughout the hotel is relaxing and elegant. Whether enjoying the rooftop facilities, spending time with family, or simply unwinding after a day exploring Bali, the atmosphere always felt peaceful and welcoming. The property strikes a perfect balance between luxury and comfort without ever feeling pretentious.

One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the Balinese Cultural Night and buffet dinner. The food was outstanding, with an impressive selection of dishes that showcased both local and international flavours. The cultural performances were captivating and provided a wonderful insight into Balinese traditions and heritage.

Great place, great staff, great food, but a bit expensive for the state of the hotel
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. I have been here many times before. The buffet breakfast is also great.

Cons:

The property facilities need to be upgraded. The shower heads don’t work properly, the toilet flush is temperamental. The hotel is a few minutes walk down a rock alleyways with no lights which isn’t the best when going out for some drinks. If the facilities are not upgraded then pricing should be reduced to match

Pros:

I loved the buffet breakfast and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Poolside cocktails were fantastic.
Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy with no fuss.

Cons:

The Excercise room needed some attention and the shade sails around the pool didn't swing as I believe they should, they were a bit rusty.
