Run down hotel that needs a deep clean and fix up

The location to central Seminyak was very convenient

Cons:

The whole hotel felt run down and grubby. There was cracked glass panes throughout the hotel, the grouting was all cracked and dirty, metal finishes were rusted and tarnished and that’s only the aesthetic surface details. We booked the 2 bedroom suite for us and our 2 children and the room was not cleaned properly. The floors had surface dirt/dust on them, the showers had soap scum build up and the taps had rusted/ corrosive build up around them. We had 3 tvs in the suite, each bedroom and the lounge and 2 didn’t work. The cups and spoons in the kitchen were also dirty with old coffee so we needed those changed. The rooftop pool area also showed signs of ware with loose and lifting wooden planks, my daughter got a deep splinter in her foot from walking around the pool area. It may be a suitable property for a group of friends as they do have large rooms and the price is somewhat reasonable but I would suggest this hotel for a family with young children. Also found compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Bali the staff were not as accommodating and we had to wait a while before we got served lunch in the restaurant.

Awesome value for money. Really good breakfast! Staff are happy and funny. We had a really nice couple of nights here. The pool area is a great vibe too!

Amazing! Staff very friendly, respectful, and wonderful
Pros:

The location was perfect 🤩 Very little noise and easy to find! Absolutely loved the staff! The staff were more than accommodating and extremely helpful ❤️ The food was beautiful and really loved their breakfast! Whilst the accommodation appears out dated, dont let that stop you cause what the property lacks in ascetics, the staff and overall facilities gives this a really big thumbs up! Would absolutely stay here again! 🥳🫶🏼 A big shout out to Benny and Riva (hope I spelt that right) - you two were amazing human beings 🫶🏼❤️

Great location, good value for money. Good food & friendly staff.
Pros:

breakfast and room were fine. Rooftop bar, service and meals excellent. Location was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice Hotel overall

Cons:

The in room bar was not restocked daily. ( beer, chips, snacks etc. ) The Hotel is looking a little tired. Obvious rust sighted, paint etc. Hot water slow to come thru & not hot, didn't really matter as weather was warm, Spa really not useable due to water temperature. Laundry service ok but didn't receive a second bag as I would have done more laundry later in the week.

Better than expected and we would stay again as the staff was lovely
Pros:

Really enjoyed my morning omelette and it was cooked to perfection.
The room was bigger than expected and we arrived 3:30 in the morning tired and sore so we needed a good sleep on arrival and found a comfy bed to rest our head.
Cocktails by the pool perfect after a hot day out
